Abstract
本研究旨在探討影響工業區廠家競爭力的相關因素,並以工業區金屬製品製造業為研究對象,將研究結果提供相關主管機關及工業區金屬製品製造業廠家,以作為其提升競爭力策略之參考。調查問卷正式發放以前,邀請該領域專家檢視問卷內容,修正問卷後,以分層抽樣方式進行,樣本選取共發出問卷 355 份,回收 195 份,其中以有效問卷 189 份進行資料分析。信度採用內部一致性信度,各構面及整體構面均有達.8以上的信度值,效度採用構念效度,問卷之KMO值為.934,解釋變異量達74.716%,並以統計軟體 spss 21.0 進行描述性統計、單一樣本t考驗、多元逐步迴歸、羅吉斯迴歸等。研究結果顯示,工業區金屬製品製造業廠家的競爭力現況偏弱;背景變項對於競爭力五大構面的預測,參與產學合作、向銀行融通資金、廠家位於瑞芳工業區及廠家屬於獨資型態對於其生產製造能力具有預測力;設有研發部門及參與產學合作對於其管理與人才能力具有預測力;設有研發部門、與其他廠家合作研發、向銀行融通資金、獲得政府經費補助及廠家位於大武崙工業區對於其研發創新能力具有預測力;設有研發部門、與其他廠家合作研發及廠家以合資為經營型態對於其通路行銷能力具有預測力;設有研發部門、廠家以獨資為經營型態及廠家規模為小型企業對於其產學合作能力具有預測力,建議廠家在未來可持續朝其他落後指標加強,強化廠家的競爭力。
The purpose of this study was to explore the factors that affected the competitiveness of industrial area manufacturers. The results would be provided to manufacturers of metal products as a means to enhance their competitiveness. Prior to the formal distribution of the questionnaire, the experts were invited to review the content of the questionnaire. In this study, 355 questionnaires were sent and 189 valid questionnaires were recovered. Internal consistency reliability and construct validity were adopted. Statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, single sample test, multiple stepwise regression, and logistic regression were used. The results of the study showed that the competitiveness of the metal product manufacturing factories was weak; participation in industry-university cooperation, financing to banks, manufacturers located in Ruifang industrial area and sole proprietorship manufacturers are predictive of manufacturing capacity; R&D departments and industry-university cooperation are predictive of management capability; R&D departments, cooperation with other manufacturers to research and develop, financing to banks, obtained government funding subsidies, and manufacturers in Dawulun industrial area are predictive of R&D capability; R&D department, cooperation with other manufacturers to research and develop, and manufacturers with joint ventures are predictive of marketing capabilities; R&D departments, sole proprietorship manufacturers, and small enterprises are predictive of industry-university cooperative research project.
