國語文教師參觀「搜文解字」數位博物館滿意度之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探究國語文教師使用國科會語文類數位博物館的滿意度。 包括使用數位博物館的目的、教學需求關係之評估、整體印象、對數位博 物館設計之意見、當中遭遇的問題與因應之道,以及未來對語文類數位博 物館的建議與期許。研究方法採取質性研究法,依據立意取樣,以在中小 學國語文的教師為研究對象,進行半結構式深度訪談。研究結論如下: 1. 使用數位博物館之原因(1)使用網路搜尋引擎查詢到的(2)曾經參觀 過此數位博物館,有興趣而再度造訪者(3)因應教學準備需要,使用 網路尋找補充教材(4)他人介紹而到館參觀 2. 教學需求關係之評估(1)國小教師的教學需求以提高學生學習興趣為 主(2)國中教師教學需求以加強學生語文能力為主(3)高中教師教學 需求以協助學生準備升學考試為主 3. 整體印象(1)首頁設計,令人感覺本館內容豐富(2)四個主題館風格 清晰(3)整體設計有專業感(4)運用本館內容可節省教學準備時間 4. 對博物館設計之意見(1)系統介面操作便利(2)字體大小與背景亮度 適合閱讀,降低疲憊感(3)網頁版面配置得當,方便操作(4)使用路 徑清晰 5. 當中遭遇的問題與因應之道,問題(1)連結與顯示不完整(2)內容與 參觀目的不符合(3)缺乏交流平台與討論同儕(4)引導輔助的說明效 果不彰。解決問題之因應方式。解決之道:(1)自行參考教學手冊或相 關工具書(2)到其它教學網站搜尋資源(3)在自我嘗試試驗中摸索(4) 請教同事,共同解決問題 6. 未來對語文類數位博物館的建議與期許(1)適用性(2)教育性(3) 豐富性(4)娛樂性(5)更新性(6)交流性(7)引用性 本研究綜合研究上述研究發現與研究結論,包括:(1)提升自身的專 業素養,為國語文教師參觀語文類數位博物館的目的(2)國語文教師參觀 數位博物館前後有一致的整體印象(3)不同年級的國語文教師於參觀數位 博物館時有不同的需求(4)國語文教師運用數位博物館資源,將資訊融入 國語文教學(5)國語文教師參觀歷程中的主要困難,多由網站的設計不良 所引起(6)國語文教師運用數位博物館資源,為教學準備的方法之一(7) 國語文教師期待館方可以提供更多的資料以為教學所運用 本研究亦對國語文教學者、學生、政府單位、數位博物館設計者的建議 與後續研究者提出建議。
The purpose of this research is to probe into the satisfaction of the Chinese teacher uses the language category of digital museum of the contents of the N.S.C. Including the purpose of using the digital museum, the assessment of the teaching demand relation, whole impression, the opinion for the digital museum’s design, the encountered problems and the way to solve the problems, and the suggestion and expectation for Chinese digital museum in the future. The way to research is adopting qualitative research based on the purposeful sampling method, according to conception to take Chinese teacher in the primary and junior high school as the research object to carry on the deep interview of half a structure. The conclusion of the research as follows: 1. The reason of using the digital museum: (1) Using internet searching machine to find out. (2) Had once visited this digital museum and had the interest to call on again. (3) For the need of teaching preparation to use internet to look for auxiliary material. (4) Others’ introduction to visit. 2. Assessment of the teaching demand relation: (1) The primary school teacher’s teaching demand relies mainly on improving student’s interest of studying. (2) The junior high school teacher’s teaching demand relies mainly on strengthening student’s Chinese ability. (3) The senior high school teacher’s teaching demand relies mainly on helping students to prepare the examination for entering school. 3. Whole impression: (1) Homepage design makes people feel that this museum is abundant in content. (2) The style of four theme halls is clear. (3) There are professional senses in global design. (4) Using the content of this museum save the time of preparing in teaching. 4. The opinion of the museum’s design: (1) The operation of systematic interface is convenient. (2) The size of script and luminance of background are suitable for reading, reduce the sense of tired. (3) Webpage layout is disposed aptly, convenient for operation. (4) The route is clearly for using. 5. The encountered problems and the way to solve the problems: Problems: (1) Link and show incompletely. (2) The content is not corresponding with the purpose of visiting. (3) Lack of the exchange platform and the same generation of discussion. (4) Not has a good effect on leading auxiliary’s explanation. Solution: (1) Consult the teaching manual or the relevant reference book. (2) Try other teaching website to search resources. (3) Try to find out and testing by oneself. (4) Ask the colleague and solve the problem together. 6. The suggestion and expectation for Chinese digital museum in the future: (1) Define the object of using clearly. (2) Increase the content of the materials. (3) Increase the range of search information. (4) Abundant the picture and the text image to attract audience. (5) Offer the intact and interesting explain system. (6) Periodically update the content. (7) Increase the communication between the visitor and museum. The conclusion of the research including: (1) The purpose for Chinese teachers to visit the Chinese digital museum is to improve one’s own professional accomplishment. (2) There are unanimous impressions before and after the Chinese teachers to visit the digital museum. (3) Different levels of the Chinese teachers visited the digital museum had different demands. (4) Chinese teachers use the resource of the digital museum to teach Chinese. (5) The most difficult problem for the Chinese teacher to visit is the improper design of the website. (6) One of the methods for the Chinese teacher’s teaching preparation is to use the resource of the digital museum. (7) The Chinese teacher expects that the museum can offer more materials for teaching. This research has some recommendations for Chinese teachers, students, Government department, the designer of the digital museum, and the follow-up researchers.
