新北市某國中學生口腔衛生行為與其相關因素之探討
Abstract
本研究目的在瞭解與探討國中學生口腔衛生行為及其相關因素。以結構式問卷為工具,採分層集束抽樣方式,有效樣本共373 份(97.14%)。本研究主要發現如下:
一、研究對象口腔衛生知識整體而言,呈現中等程度,女生、有聽過貝氏刷牙法、無網路成癮現象者知識較高。
二、研究對象口腔衛生態度整體而言,呈現中上程度的正向態度。女生、 7年級學生、半年內有就醫、有重要他人提醒(導師)、使用貝氏刷牙法、非網路成癮現象者態度較佳。
三、研究對象口腔衛生行為整體而言,呈現中上程度的正向行為,以7年級、半年內有就醫、照顧者中社經地位、有重要他人提醒(家人、導師、同儕)、會使用貝氏刷牙法者、非網路成癮現象者的行為表現最好。
四、研究對象口腔衛生自我效能整體而言,呈現中等程度,以7年級、半年內有就醫、照顧者中社經地位、有重要他人提醒(導師、同儕)、會使用貝氏刷牙法者、非網路成癮現象者的自我效能最好。
五、口腔衛生態度、口腔衛生自我效能、會使用貝氏刷牙法、家人提醒刷牙(早餐後)均會影響口腔衛生行為,預測力為52.9%。
The purpose of this study was to realize and investigate the oral health behavior and related factors among junior high students of one school in New Taipei city. The research subjects were selected by a stratified cluster sampling and the data were collected through structured questionnaires. The valid respondents are 373 (97.14%). The main findings were as follows: 1.The oral health knowledge of the subjects showed in moderate level. Female students, students who have heard of Bass brushing Technique and non-Internet addicts students have higher oral health knowledge. 2.The subjects showed good, positive oral health attitudes. Female students, 7th grade students, have been visiting dentists in six months, significant reminders (mentor), use the Bass brushing Technique and non-Internet addicts students have the best attitude. 3.The oral health behavior of the subjects showed good positive behavior. The 7th grade students, have been visiting dentists in six months,, the main caregivers have medium socioeconomic status, significant reminders (family, mentor, peers), using the Bass brushing Technique and non-Internet addicts students behave best. 4.The oral health self-efficacy of the subjects were in moderate level. The self-efficacy of the 7th grade students, have been visiting dentists in six months, the main caregivers have medium socioeconomic status, significant reminders (mentor, peers), using the Bass brushing Technique and non-Internet addicts students amount the subjects were best in self-efficacy. 5.The variables of the attitude, the self-efficacy, using the Bass brushing Technique, and family reminder (after breakfast) could explain 52.9% of the variance of the oral health behavior.
