臺北縣中等學校田徑選手休閒認知與參與現況之研究

摘 要
本研究旨在探討臺北縣中等學校田徑選手休閒認知與參與現況之情形,並瞭解不同背景田徑選手在休閒認知及休閒參與之差異性。採問卷研究法以自編之「臺北縣中等學校田徑選手休閒認知與參與現況調查問卷」為研究工具,進行問卷調查。共發出問卷550份,回收有效問卷494份。將所得之有效問卷進行編碼、登錄,分別以描述性統計(descriptive analysis )、獨立樣本t考驗(t-test)、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)及雪費事後檢定(scheffe)等統計方式進行資料分析處理,茲將各研究結果發現整理如下:
一、選手在休閒認知較高的前三項依序認為:是放鬆、自由、快樂的;可以增加隊友及同學間的情誼;要注意活動的安全性。就認知層面,以「規劃準則」認同度最高。
二、休閒參與度較高的前五項依序為:聽音樂、看電視、打球、電腦網路、玩電動。就類型而言,以「消遣性」參與度最高。此外,在休閒消費上高於一般青少年。
三、不同性別、訓練時數在休閒認知有顯著差異;不同性別、年級、訓練年資、參賽層級在休閒參與有顯著差異。
四、臺北縣中等學校田徑選手的休閒認知與休閒參與有著正相關存在。

Study on leisure cognition and participation of the athletic players in secondary schools of Taipei County Master’s Thesis, June 2007 Graduate student: Chin-Hsiang Chang Adviser: Shao-Hsi Chang Ph. Abstract The purpose of this research was to explore the leisure cognition and participation of the athletic players in secondary schools of Taipei County and to understand the diverseness of athletic players with different backgrounds on leisure cognition and leisure participation. The questionnaire survey of the self-edited "Leisure cognition and participation of the athletic players in secondary schools of Taipei County Survey" was adopted as the research tool. There were 550 questionnaires delivered and 494 valid ones were retrieved. All the valid questionnaires were coded, registered, and they underwent data analysis through descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe. The results are shown below: 1.The top three items of leisure cognition of the players were relaxation, freedom and happiness. This could increase the friendly sentiments of the teammates and classmates. The safety of the activities should be noticed. Regarding the cognition, the identification on "Planning Criteria" was the highest. 2.The top five items of leisure participation were listening to music, watching television, playing balls, Internet surfing and playing electronic games. The "recreational" type of activities had the highest participation. Besides, their leisure expenses were higher than normal teenagers. 3.There were significant differences in leisure cognition for different genders and training time. There were significant differences in leisure participation for different genders, grades, training seniorities and taking-levels of competition. 4.There was positive correlation for the athletic players in secondary schools of Taipei County between leisure cognition and leisure participation.
