無輔助手投籃動作練習對國中男子罰球準確性之影響

Abstract
本文旨在針對籃球初學者的學習過程進行研究,經由無輔助手的練習介入,探討「無輔助手投籃練習法」與「有輔助手投籃練習法」對提升罰球命中率之成效差異。本研究是以台中市某國中一年級男生共60人為研究對象,平均年齡為13.11±0.51歲,平均體重為53.67±19.9公斤,平均身高為158.57±11.33公分,皆未受過正規籃球訓練。經八週分組練習後立刻進行後測,並以SPSS統計程式進行t檢定,p<.05。結果發現:(一)有輔助手練習法對國中初學者罰球的學習成效有顯著提升。(二)無輔助手練習法對國中初學者罰球的學習成效無顯著提升。(三)針對國中初學者施以無輔助手訓練法與有輔助手訓練法兩種不同的變異練習安排,對於罰球命中率的提升效果未產生顯著差異。本研究結論為:無輔助手之投籃練習對國中男子罰球準確性的提升並無成效。
Purpose :The purpose of this study was to investigate the free-throw accuracy in basketball between single hand shooting practice and shooting with assistant hand practice of free throw, and to compare the accuracy of pre-test and post-test of 8-week Training. Methods:Sixty junior high school male students participated the study, the average age was 13.11±0.51 years old, the height was 158.57±11.33 cm, and the body weight was 53.67±19.9 kg, and they were not trained in any basketball team. The data were calculated by t-test using SPSS for Windows (Version 12.0, Chicago, IL) with alpha level of 0.05. Findings:(1) Shooting with assistant hand practice significantly increased free-throw learning effect beyond beginners on the junior high school male students of basketball. (2) Single hand shooting practice did not significantly increase free-throw learning effect beyond beginners on the junior high school male students of basketball. (3)The two ways in Paired samples t-test indicated that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the post-test. Conclusions:After 8-week training, the single hand shooting practice were not able to enhance the free-throw accuracy.
