臺灣地區登山活動指導員專業能力之研究

Abstract
本研究為「台灣地區登山活動指導員專業能力研究」,其主要研究目的在於探討對於登山活動指導員培訓所需具備的能力。本研究所指的登山活動為「海拔三千公尺以上,且需兩天以上行程的登山活動。」而登山活動指導員為「指導、訓練欲從事上述登山活動者」。研究者接觸戶外活動十餘年,其間自2002年起從事上述登山活動,並對其教育訓練之缺乏有深刻的感觸。並於2006年夏天赴美參加美國國家戶外領導學校(NOLS,National Outdoor Leadership School)所辦理之登山活動教育者訓練課程,獲得不少啟發。
經過三回合的德懷術問卷調查,研究者整理出臺灣地區登山活動指導員應具備的兩大類專業能力:
(1)登山活動指導員所應該具備的專業登山活動知能:包含有基礎戶外生活技巧、進階登山技巧、自然環境與戶外倫理、領導能力與風險管理、及基礎人文素養等五個面向的專業能力;
(2)登山活動指導員在教學上應具備的知能:包含有基礎教育素養與教學實施能力兩部份的專業能力。
研究者根據研究結論,提出對後續研究者及相關單位的建議。
This thesis project is focus on the subject of “Professional Competency of Taiwanese Mountaineering/Backpacking Instructors”. The objective of the thesis is to understand what are the necessary skills and abilities a Mountaineering/Backpacking Instructor should possess. In this project, we specify mountaineering/backpacking as “any activities held in areas that are above 3000meters and requiring at least 2days in the areas”. And the researcher will be specializing in those teaching mountaineering/ backpacking skills, wilderness ethics, leadership and teamwork in the “mountaineering/backpacking” area as specified above. Researcher has been doing outdoor activities for more then ten years, and from 2002 join the backpacking in the mountains, and also feel we lack of backpacking/mountaineering education in Taiwan. Researcher went to NOLS taken an outdoor educator course, and got lots of inspirations form that. In this research, the researcher uses the Delphi Method to finish the research. It has three rounds of Delphi questionnaire. At the end of this research, researcher make two major conclusions on the researcher has the conclusions on: (1) Mountaineering skills that instructors should have. Include basic outdoor living skills, advanced climbing skills, outdoor ethic and environment, leadership and risk management, and humanities accomplishment. ; (2) educational competence that instructors should have. Include education accomplishment and teaching skills. And make the suggestions for future researcher and the government.
