dc.description.abstract本合成法以Bobranskii法作藍本以二甲氨基苯為出發並經過五個合成步驟合成硫酸甲酯新斯狄明。Bobranskii法中之由間二甲基氨基酚合成新斯狄明步驟部分經改良產率由原法之57%提高到92%。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractNeostigmine methlsulfate is a parasympathetic drug. After checking and improving the synthetic methods of various paper and patents, our laboratory has now found a valid and economic sythetic method, the modified Boracskii and Gellet method. The synthetic step of m-dimthylaminophenol to neostigmine in Bobranskii method is improved and the yield is increased from 51% to 92%.en_US
