Abstract
本研究旨在探討台灣生技保健食品產業之策略群組,以及在不同個人背景變項與組織背景變項下,中高階主管對於企業策略知覺程度之重要性與現況,進而建構生技保健食品產業之策略群組。
本研究依據研究目的與文獻分析的結果,延續Dess and Davis(1984)之研究方法,根據國內外文獻、產業特性及專家內容效度發展出30項策略變數形成調查問卷,以台灣生技保健食品廠商之中高階主管為調查對象,共發出250份,有效樣本回收率為56.4%,透過內部一致性考驗後以及統計方法分析後,進行研究結果與討論。
經由集群分析將廠商分為三個群組,最後依五個策略構面因素對個別群組的影響程度分別命名為市場導向、多元化導向與成本導向,並建立台灣生技保健食品產業之策略群組。最後針對研究發現與結論,分別就相關生技保健食品產業業者、相關政府單位及後續研究者提出建議事項,俾供參考。

The purpose of this study was to identify the strategic group of biotech health food industry in Taiwan and the strategic opinions of the managers based on organizational background variables and personal background variables. After reviewing Dess and Davis’ strategic variables, this study used content validity to develop the questionnaire of thirty competitive strategic variables associated with the characteristics of biotech health food industry. 250 questionnaires were distributed and useful questionnaires were returned, accounting for a valid return of 56.4 %. After the test of internal consistency reliability, some results had been discussed. This study used cluster analysis and the five strategic dimensions to cluster the firms into three groups. Through the different results in the five strategic dimensions of these three groups, three groups were named in market-oriented, diversity and cost leadership. Finally, certain conclusions and suggestions for biotech health food industry, the administration authorities, and further study were presented and proposed.
