Abstract

中文摘要 本研究旨在探析我國高職學校工業類群教師「實習(驗)場所急救知能」。為達成研究目的,首先整理有關實習(驗)場所安全及急救的相關文獻,搭配專家訪談與三回合德懷術調查,以建構正式測驗,並針對我國高職學校工業類群教師進行抽樣調查,共回收2,139份問卷,有效問卷回收率達81.32%,經描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及單因子多變量變異數分析等方法加以統計、分析與討論。研究獲得下列結論: 一、我國高職工業類群實習(驗)場所於實習(驗)進行中,較易發生「一般創傷意外」。 二、我國高職工業類群實習(驗)場所於實習(驗)進行中,發生意外事故之主要緣由為「人為因素」。 三、我國高職學校工業類群教師「實習(驗)場所急救知能」現況屬於「平均以下」水準。 四、不同背景變項之我國高職學校工業類群教師「實習(驗)場所急救知能」有顯著差異。
英文摘要 The main purpose of the research was to find the teachers’ workplace First-Aid knowledge and skills in industrial vocational high schools. To achieve the purpose of the study, organized relevant theories of First-Aid knowledge and interviewed the experts with conducted 3 rounds Delphi method to develop the formal test, also the teachers in industrial vocational high schools were sampled randomly by this research. A total of 2,139 valid questionnaires were collected, with 81.32% return rate. Through descriptive statistics method, t-test, one-way ANOVA and one-way MANOVA were used for data analysis and discussions. The results of this study were summarized as follow: 1. During the process of practicum, it was easier to happen general trauma accident in industrial vocational high school in Taiwan. 2. During the process of practicum, the main reason of the accident was usually caused by human factors. 3. The phenomenon of teachers’ workplace First-Aid knowledge and skills in industrial vocational high Schools in Taiwan was lower middle. 4. There was a significant difference in teachers’ workplace First-Aid knowledge and skills in industrial vocational high Schools in Taiwan with different background variables.
