dc.description.abstract本文藉轉殖突變及野生型p53至該基因缺失非小細肺癌細胞株H1299,將穩定成長之細胞以topoisomerase Ⅱ抑制劑VP-16處理後,含有突變型p53於VP-16處理之後,細胞的凋亡會增加,但外源的野生型p53,卻不會讓VP-16啟動細胞凋亡,而前者是因為pAkt-Ser□去磷酸化所致,而外源野生型p53,卻不會讓pAkt-Ser□去磷酸化。因此可以推斷,VP-16對癌細胞的凋亡的生成與Akt去磷酸化與否有關,抑制Akt去磷酸化,降低VP-16所引發的細胞凋亡。zh_tw
