專權領導、尚嚴領導對員工工作滿意度影響之研究-以組織信任為中介變項

dc.description.abstract | 由於目前台灣社會經濟不佳、企業普遍低薪的緣故,越來越多的年輕人不再選擇成為他人雇員而是選擇自行創業,替自己創造較佳的工作待遇。而在創業之初,一個有效的領導者就顯的非常重要,每個決定都影響著公司的未來發展。在越來越多人自己放棄就業選擇自行創業當老闆的社會環境下,可以預見的是創業市場的競爭將會是非常激烈,如何在眾多競爭者中脫穎而出,領導者的領導方式將扮演舉足輕重的地位。考量文化的因素以及問題的發生環境是台灣社會本研究,因此本研究將以華人特有的專權領導、尚嚴領導探討其對組織信任以及工作滿意度的影響關係。 透過問卷調查法以便利抽樣蒐集科技服務業員工的相關資料,以驗證變項間關係。剔除無效與漏答之問卷後共計回收305份有效問卷,運用統計軟體SPSS進行資料分析,研究發現如下: 一、專權領導對工作滿意度、組織信任有負向影響 二、尚嚴領導僅對組織信任有負向影響 三、組織信任在專權領導與工作滿意度之間具備中介效果 根據上述結果,本研究發現實務上須注意專權領導所帶來的負向效果以及組織內若能維持高度的信任感將能帶來員工工作滿意的提升。此外研究貢獻則提供了將威權領導區分為專權領導、尚嚴領導的影響效果證據;以及在影響關係中組織信任的中介效果。最後提出本研究之限制與後續研究建議以供後續研究者參考。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Due to the Taiwan current poor economy, generally low-wage reasons, more and more young people choose to start their own business, to create a better working conditions. In the business beginning, an effective leader is very important, every decision affecting the future development of the company. In more and more people have their own business, it is foreseeable that the market competition will be very intense, how to stand out from competitors, leaders play a pivotal leadership status. Considerations cultural, as well as environmental problems occur in Taiwan society, this study choice unique Chinese leadership, and organizational trust and job satisfaction to find out the relationship between these variables. In convenience sampling gather relevant information technology services staff by questionnaire, to find out the relationship between variables. After excluding invalid questionnaires total recovery of 305 valid questionnaires, and use statistical software SPSS to data analysis, the study found the following: 1.The Juan-Chiuan leadership has a negative impact on job satisfaction and organizational trust 2.The Shang-Yan leadership only has a negative impact on organizational trust 3.The organizational trust have mediation effect between Juan-Chiuan leadership and job satisfaction From the above results, the present study found that the practice should be noted that Juan-Chiuan Leadership brought about negative effects as well as within the organization if we maintain a high level of trust will bring employee job satisfaction improved. Further research provide a contribution to the authoritarian leadership divided into Juan-Chiuan leadership and Shang-Yan leadership ,and evidence of their influence effect; and the organization trusted mediation effect .Finally, raise this research’s limiting and follow-up research proposals for subsequent reference and investigator | en_US |
