高中職美容科學生學習滿意度之研究

本研究旨在探討高中職美容科學生之學習滿意度,為達本研究之研究目的,首先透過文獻探討,建立研究的整體架構,繼而發展「高中職美容科學生學習滿意度之研究」調查問卷,進行資料的蒐集。
本研究以九十二學年臺灣地區公私立高中職美容科學生為母群體,以叢集抽樣方式抽取10所學校20班約800人為調查對象,實施施測獲得有效樣本共743份,有效回收率達92.9%。經統計分析可以歸納以下幾項結論:
一、影響學生學習滿意度的因素包括「學習成果」、「師生互動」、「人際關係」、「教師教學」、「學校環境設備」、「課程教材」等六個層面。
二、對學習滿意度影響較顯著的背景變項有「選讀動機」、「學制」、「學校地域別」等三項。
三、智育成績、證照取得情形、父母親的教育程度、父母升讀期望及職涯期望與學習滿意度無顯著相關。
四、二年級學生在「學習成果」因素構面之學習滿意度高於三年級學生。
五、登記分發學生在「人際關係」因素構面之學習滿意度高於保送或推薦甄試及其他管道入學之學生。
六、不同選讀動機之學習滿意度,由高至低依序為「被分發的」>「自己的興趣」>「師家長的意見」>「受同學影響」>「其他」者。
七、進路規劃為升學之學生在「人際關係」因素構面之學習滿意度高於進路規劃為就業及尚未決定者。
八、公立學校學生在「學習成果」因素構面之學習滿意度高於私立學校學生。
九、學制為高中之美容科學生在各構面之學習滿意度高於高職之美容科學生。
十、不同學校地域別之高中職美容科學生,學習滿意度,由高至低依序為「東部」>「南部」>「中部」>「北部」
最後針對研究發現與結論,分別就相關主管行政機關、學校、教師、家長及後續研究者提出建議事項,俾供參考。

ABSTRACT This study aimed to explore the influence caused by the satisfaction of learning of the vocational high school students in cosmetology department. To achieve this study, literature review were firstly applied to establish the overall framework of this study. A questionnaire method was used to collect data. The instrument – “the study of the satisfaction of learning of the vocational high school students” was developed and carried out. The population (the main study group) were the cosmetology department students of the public and private comprehensive schools in Taiwan. 10 schools were selected by the stratified random and cluster sampling survey method. Through the survey, 743 reliable samples were gotten. The valid rate was up to 92.9 %. After statistics analysis, the major results were concluded as follows. 1. The effect of cosmetology department Students' satisfaction of learning shows tendency to be positive. Of the cosmetology department Students, Learning achievement、teacher-student interaction、human relationship、instruction of teachers、school environment and equipment、instructional meterials. 2. The factors that would significantly influence the students’ satisfaction of learning were motivation, school types, school locations. 3. Students in 2nd grades have better performance on satisfaction of learning than those in the 1st grades. 4. The students who chose the cosmetology department out of their own interest perform better than those who follow their peers' opinion. 5. Students who plan to pursue further study, have better performance on satisfaction of learning than those who plan to take up an occupation. 6. Students in public school have better performance on satisfaction of learning than those in private schools. Finally, certain conclusions and suggestions for students, teachers, schools, educational administration authorities, and further study were presented and proposed.
