dc.description.abstract This paper consists of three parts. Firstly, Canadian political, economic and sociological situations as well as geological environment are discussed. Thus, their impacts on education and the traits arisen from such backgrounds can be best understood. Secondly, the administration of education, school systems, and the teaching staffs in British Columbia, Canada are comprehensively analyzed. Finally, several education problems exist in Canadian schools and bureaucracies and the prospect of developments are further discussed. en_US
