數位典藏商業授權應用之探討

Abstract
在市場法則之下,數位內容透過商業化授權所獲得的效益與產值特別突出,而數位典藏產出為數眾多的數位內容,為我國文化藝術長久之累積,透過商業化授權的概念,進行後續的內容設計與加值,文化產出將更形多元,文化精神易於傳播與延續,方能締造細水長流的產業價值。要能完整發揮授權精神,須藉由智財擁有者、授權代理商、設計製造商、行銷通路平台,上中下游分工協力,加上政府單位的協調與政策法令的配合。本研究以瞭解授權基本知識與探討國際授權產業發展為基礎,並訪談調查國內目前以數位內容進行商業化授權應用之10家文化藝術領域業者,彙整國內外授權應用之發展現況,期對我國發展授權產業提出具體可行之建議。
Digital contents benefit a lot through merchandise licensing. Through merchandise licensing, digital archives, as numerous digital contents, accumulated as domestic art and cultural legacies can make it a permanent industry value. In order to successfully run merchandise licensing business, it needs all IP owners, licensing agents, designers, manufacturers, distributors, and the government to operate in coordination harmonically. Accordingly, this research begins with understanding the concepts and know-how of licensing business, and interviewing 10 domestic dealers who domain in art and cultural related industries and experience in business by using licensed digital contents. The contribution of this study is to make some practicable and specific propositions for the development of domestic licensing industry in Taiwan.
