建築物室內裝修工程管理人員專業能力研究

Abstract

我國室內裝修工程業經過數十年的努力，近年來蓬勃發展，在建築相關行業中越顯重要。由於室內設計基本上是由「設計」與「施工」這兩種相互依存、相輔相成的工作所構成，設計構思必須依賴施工結果來具體呈現與落實，因此，室內裝修工程管理的成效不但關係著室內設計成品的良窳與業主的滿意度，更關係著業者的經營利潤與口碑，其重要性不言可喻。因此，有必要建立一套務實而有效的室內裝修工程管理專業能力架構，以面對未來愈趨嚴苛的競爭。本研究的核心即在探討建築物室內裝修工程管理人員專業能力為何，主要的研究目的如下： 1.建立室內裝修工程管理專業能力架構與專業能力項目。 2.探討室內裝修工程管理專業能力項目之必備程度。 本研究採用了文獻分析法與焦點團體法，建立之「建築物室內裝修工程管理專業能力」初稿，作為問卷工具，對46位業界專家學者進行調查，以量化的模糊德爾菲法，發展建築物室內裝修工程管理執行任務所需之「建築物室內裝修工程管理人員專業能力功能圖」。其包含了5個專業能力類目、29次目以及108項目，並篩選出100個相對普通必備之專業能力項目，以及52個相對重要必備之專業能力項目。 最後依據本研究結果，提出對於室內裝修工程管理後續學術及工作實務之建議，期望本研究能有助於室內設計及室內裝修工程管理領域中，將工程管理之專業教育、專業證照及專業執業「教、考、用」三者緊密結合。After several decades of hard work, the domestic interior design industry has developed prosperously and become more important compared to related industry. The ideas and the thoughts of design should be achieved and presented through construction, because the interior design is composed by the work of design and construction. The management of interior design’s efficiency is not only related to the quality of work and client’s satisfaction but also the reputation and the profit of business. Therefore, it is needed to set up a practical and efficient professional competence of the Interior Decoration and Repairs Management to deal with the severely competition in the future. The core of this study is to explore the professional competence of interior design. The main purposes of the study include: 1. Establishing a frame-work of professional competency and the professional competency items of interior design. 2. Examining the levels of needed professional competency and the professional competency items of interior design.

This study used the methods of Content Analysis and Focus Groups to establish the questionnaire of "the Professional Competence of the Interior Decoration and Repairs Management of a Building" which was answered by 46 professional experts and scholars. And then, the result of the questionnaire was applied to Fuzzy Delphi Method to develop "the structure of the professional competency of interior design", which was needed when the workers of the Interior Decoration and Repairs Management of a Building proceed theirs works. The structure contains 5 categories, 29 sub-subjects, and 108 terms of professional competency, and it also selected 100 related common terms of professional competency and 52 related important terms of professional competency. Finally, based on the result, the study proposes academic and practical suggestions for interior design. It is expected that this research will contribute to related topics in the field of interior design for professional management through education, certification, and be combined into the way for "teaching, examining, and applying" in the field of interior design.
