倫理氣候對組織信任與知識分享關係之研究-以國小班級LINE群組為例

dc.description.abstract目前在國小教育現場,老師親師溝通運用的媒介中,能夠即時與家長互動、容易上手的通訊軟體,當屬LINE為首選。過去關於班級LINE群組的研究,主要是探討學生學習態度與成效或對班級經營的影響,鮮少以班級群組的倫理氣候,對組織的信任程度以及組織成員知識分享的研究。而關於倫理氣候為議題者,多以探討企業的倫理氣候對員工的影響為多,未曾探討倫理氣候在國小教育親師溝通虛擬組織LINE群組的影響;因此本研究即以倫理氣候、組織信任、知識分享為主題,分析在班級LINE群組的組織中,三個構面之間的關聯性。 本研究的對象為孩子就讀新北市國小之家長,並參與班級LINE群組者,運用問卷調查法,將資料回收分析與處理,研究結果發現:一、組織信任程度會影響知識分享的表現;二、國小班級親師LINE群組的倫理氣候會影響組織信任感程度;三、組織信任對倫理氣候與知識分享表現,產生了中介效果。 最後,本研究根據資料分析結果,提出實務上的建議,供後續研究參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn the current educational scene in elementary schools, out of all the mediums parents and teachers use to communicate with each other, the easiest and most popular would be LINE. In the past studies regarding LINE groups within classes, the agendas have always been about the students’ learning attitudes and effectiveness or its effect on the management of classes. They rarely have been about the ethics climate, organizational trust, or the knowledge sharing amongst the class. Thus the purpose of this study is to observe the correlation between aforementioned elements within class LINE groups. The subjects of this research are the parents of school age kids in New Taipei City and other people who are members of these class LINE groups. The method of research was through the passing out of surveys and analyzing the responses received, and the results are: The amount of organizational trust affects the quality of knowledge sharing. The ethics climate within the parent teacher LINE groups affected the organizational trust. Organizational trust had an intermediary relationship between the ethics climate and the quality of knowledge sharing. Lastly, this research has provided practicable suggestions based on the results of this research for future studies to reference.en_US
