Abstract
美髮產業多直接面向消費者,產業重要三個角色分別為:髮廊經營者、髮型師、髮品零售業者,產業垂直供應鏈短、水平結構廣且分散,缺乏整合資源的共享機制,業者間的連結弱。而現今這三個產業重要角色,面對數位轉型浪潮與產業升級趨勢分別面臨課題為:一、髮廊經營者:缺乏行銷知能、顧客關係管理系統不普及,市場競爭無差異化
二、髮型師:與消費者諮詢溝通無系統化流程與輔助易發生服務糾紛
三、髮品零售業:官方販售通路有限,易遭二流流通的水貨踐踏售價
綜上所述,雖然美髮產業的上下游結構單純,不會發生成本隨結構遞增的價差問題,但在髮廊經營者缺乏行銷、培育、管理能力,以及專業髮品的流通與定價未能嚴格管控的情況下,難以提升整體產業的獲利。在產業結構不變的情況下,如何有效水平整合美髮產業,並凸顯專業髮品零售品牌官方通路對消費者的價值,將成為整個產業升級的關鍵。
因此本研究盼透過建置美髮產業自定義數據收集工具與商業模式(建構人工智慧 HairPick AI髮型書)為傳統產業美髮業增加數位賦能的可行性,進行自定義產業所需之數據、掌握消費者髮型需求與數據,增加髮廊業者主動進行顧客管理與熟客回流行銷、更得以預測未來流行趨勢走向,將預測數據用做髮品研發規劃,搶佔市場先機。
同時盼透過建置美髮產業自定義數據收集工具與商業模式(建構人工智慧 HairPick AI髮型書)將美髮產業重要三端串連起來:髮廊、髮型師、髮品,也讓消費者的三大需求能一次被解決:找髮型書與髮型圖鑑、找髮型流行資訊、找髮品購買,不僅能優化消費體驗,更能使美髮產業提升總價值鏈經濟效益。關鍵字:數位轉型、平台經濟、傳產升級、人工智慧、創新商業模式
The hairdressing industry mainly faces consumers directly. There are three important roles in the industry: salon operators, hair stylists, and hair products retailers. The industry vertical supply chain is short, while its horizontal structure is wide and scattered. Lack of a sharing mechanism for integrating resources, weak links between operators, stylists, and retailers. Nowadays, these three important roles in the industry, facing the wave of digital transformation and the trend of industrial upgrading, respectively face the following issues:1. Salon operators: lack of marketing knowledge, lack of popularization of customer relationship management systems, and no differentiation in market competition. 2. Hair stylists: Consultation and communication with consumers without a systematic process and assistance are prone to service disputes. 3. Hair products retailers.: the official sales channels are limited, and the price is easily trampled by the second-rate parallel imports. To sum up, although the upstream and downstream structure of the hairdressing industry is simple, there will not be a price difference problem that the cost increases with the structure, but the hair salon operators lack marketing, cultivation, and management capabilities, and the circulation and pricing of professional hair products cannot be strictly controlled. In this case, it is difficult to improve the profitability of the overall industry.Under the condition that the industrial structure remains unchanged, how to effectively and horizontally integrate the hairdressing industry and highlight the value of the official channel of professional hair product retail brands to consumers will become the key to the upgrading of the entire industry.Therefore, this research hopes to build "A Hair Industry User-defined Data Collection Platform ( A Hairbook with Artificial Intelligence ) and Business Model" to increase the feasibility of digital empowerment for the traditional hairdressing industry, to customize the data required by the industry, to grasp the needs and data of consumers' hairstyles, and to increase the active management of customers by hair salon operators. Regular customers return to sales, and they can also predict the trend of future fashion trends, and use the forecast data as a research and development plan for hair products to seize market opportunities.At the same time, hope that through the research and establishment of this tool, the three important ends of the hairdressing industry will be connected: hair salons, hair stylists, and hair product manufacturers, so that the three major needs of consumers can be solved at one time: looking for hairstyle books, looking for hairstyle fashion information and finding hair products.
