dc.description.abstract	首先，我們將基本粒子物理中，研究大統一理論所需的群論方法及公式，做一番整理的工作。我們將重點放在應用俄國數學家丁肯(Dynkin)的方法上，因為此方法對於各種簡單李群皆可適用，而不限於某一特定的李群。接著我們計算了SU(5)、SO(10)及E6等李群各表象之維數和指數，並把結果列表，以供研究大統一理論之參考。	zh_tw
dc.description.abstract	Group theoretical methods needed in the study of grand unified theories are reviewed. We focus our attention on Dynkin's approach since it is applicable to any simple Lie group. Tables of dimensions and indices for the irreducible representations of SU(5), SO(10) and E6 are presented.	en_US
