我國專科學校技職教師其教師效能感影響成因之研究

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討影響我國專科學校技職教師其教師效能感的主要成因,並根據研究結果提出增進專科學校技職教師效能感之因應策略。本研究採描述性研究法,透過文獻探討與問卷調查,蒐集我國專科學校技職類科教師之教師效能感及其影響成因等相關資料,研究工具是以自編之調查問卷,內容包含個人背景資料、相關因素及教師效能感量表三部分。本研究抽取國內54所專科學校,1,080位技職教師為樣本,回收有效問卷計有735分,回收率約為70%。本研究主要結論如下:(1)影響專科學校技職教師效能感的主要成因,分別有教學歸因、任教意願、工作評價、興趣、教師互動、行政配合、專業自主程度、職業聲望、參與決定機會及社會肯定等十項。(2)能有效預測技職教師效能感的影響成因,有工作價值、行政配合、興趣、專業自主程度、教學歸因等五項影響因素,其中以工作評價因素最具預測力。最後根據研究結果,分別以預測技職教師效能感的主要影響成因,提出有效提升技職教師效能感的具體建議與作法。zh_tw
