dc.description.abstract本研究聚焦於某私立小學「圓夢雪山」活動規劃、實施與現況,其將活動劃分為三個階段:「規劃的過程」、「實施模式」及「現況挑戰」。透過文獻蒐集與質性訪談,訪問六位對該活動有深入了解或實際參與經驗的相關人員,並對訪談內容進行歸納與整理。本研究依據分析結果,將活動分為三個階段來做總結。一、萌芽與開展:活動的順利啟動與學校的起源、宗旨及核心價值密切相關。研究指出,學校在初期遇到的問題,透過不斷調整與轉變,奠定了活動的基礎。二、正式啟動:學校展現出縝密的規劃與溝通能力。首先,在人員組成方面,學校對參與學生的選擇及團隊間的協作進行了周詳考量,確保降低活動風險並提升學生的參與率。其次,課程規劃的完整性至關重要,不僅需平衡學生的體能負荷,還需注重個人及團隊的心理準備,幫助學生以最佳狀態迎接接下來的艱苦挑戰。三、挑戰與建議:成熟的活動背後必然伴隨挑戰與解決過程。例如,學校透過多場說明會提升家長與學生的認同感,並與合作團隊溝通核心價值,成功應對外在環境挑戰。此外,靈活的應變能力也成為活動持續推進的關鍵。最後對欲辦理山野教育的學校,本研究提出以下四項建議。一、站在巨人的肩膀上,參考成功案例可有效降低活動風險。二、明確的教育目標,有助於課程規劃與執行的聚焦。三、資源提供及支持,有充足的資源是活動永續發展的基石。四、隨機應變的能力,提升應對不可預測挑戰的能力,方能確保活動順利進行。希望本研究結果能為未來相關學術研究提供延伸與參考價值。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study focuses on the planning, implementation, and current status of the"Dream Snow Mountain" activity at a private elementary school. The activity is divided into three stages: "planning process," "implementation model," and "current challenges." Through literature collection and qualitative interviews, six individuals with in-depth knowledge or direct participation in the activity were interviewed, and their responses were analyzed and summarized. Based on the analysis, the study summarizes the activity in three stages: Inception and Development: The successful launch of the activity is closely related to the school's origins, mission, and core values. The study indicates that initial problems encountered by the school were addressed through continuous adjustments and improvements, laying a solid foundation for the activity. Official Launch: The school demonstrated meticulous planning and communication skills during the implementation phase. First, in terms of team composition, careful consideration was given to selecting participating students and fostering collaboration within the team, effectively reducing activity risks and enhancing student participation. Second, the completeness of curriculum planning was crucial, requiring a balance between students' physical endurance and psychological preparation, helping them face the challenging journey in optimal condition. Challenges and Recommendations: Every well-established activity inevitably faces challenges and requires solutions. For example, the school conducted multiple briefing sessions to enhance parents' and students' recognition of the activity and communicated core values with partnering teams, successfully addressing external environmental challenges. Moreover, the ability to adapt flexibly has become a key factor in the continued progress of the activity.Finally, the study offers four recommendations for schools intending to organize wilderness education activities:Learn from predecessors: Referring to successful cases can effectively reduce activity risks.Set clear educational goals: Clear objectives help focus curriculum planning and facilitate systematic execution.Ensure resource provision and support: Adequate resources are the cornerstone of sustainable activity development.Develop adaptability: Enhancing the ability to respond to unpredictable challenges ensures the smooth progression of activities.It is hoped that the findings of this study can provide extended insights and reference value for future academic research.en_US
