不同性別之兒童對卡通圖案的偏好

Abstract

卡通圖像的設計創作被廣泛地運用於商業活動及人類生活當中，作者感觸到當今卡通圖像設計，不僅僅只是兒童的專利，此文化創意產物更橫跨了世代間，有著特殊的注目力。卡通圖像、卡通動畫的普及，顯示出其對人類生活有著精神層面之重要影響，對於兒童、青少年甚至成人都有心靈層面之需求度。在不同性別之間因身體結構、後天發展、文化薰陶、流行趨勢、生活環境、教育背景…等影響，所以發展中直觀感受判斷上的差別。圖像設計是否能越過性別區別的界線？男性與女性之兒童對於卡通之形式偏好迥異所在為何？是作者欲深究了解的目的。

Cartoon design is widely used in commercial activities and daily life. The author discovered that cartoon design is the privilege of children and a cultural and creative product across generations. The influence of physiological structure, acquired culture, popular trends, living environment, and educational background often caused the difference in aesthetic preference between genders. What kind of cartoon image features can break the gender barrier? What are the differences in the preferences of cartoon images among children of different genders? Is there an interaction between gender and form on preference? These are the purpose of the study.
