Abstract

本研究旨在探討新北市中等學校兼任行政職務教師之人格特質與續任意願現況,瞭解不同的個人背景變項與兼任行政職務教師所知覺人格特質與續任意願的差異情形,並探討人格特質對續任意願的影響,以及分析人格特質對續任意願的預測力,最後提出建議以供教育行政機關、學校主管及未來研究者之參考。 本研究以新北市中等學校兼任行政職務教師為研究對象,採問卷調查法,以「新北市中等學校兼任行政職務教師人格特質對續任意願影響之研究調查問卷」為研究工具,並進行抽樣調查,共發放36所學校573份問卷,有效問卷為512份,有效率為89.35%。續以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜(Pearsons)積差相關與多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法,進行資料分析,獲得主要結論如下: 壹、新北市中等學校兼任行政職務教師知覺人格特質分布情形為低神經 性、高外向性、中開放性、低親和性和中謹慎性特質。 貳、新北市中等學校兼任行政職務教師的整體續任意願為普通程度。 參、新北市中等學校兼任行政職務教師,其中碩士學歷教師、擔任主任職 務教師之人格特質,除神經性外,其餘相對較正向。 肆、新北市中等學校兼任行政職務教師,其中資深教師、碩士學歷教師、 學校規模大之教師及擔任主任職務教師的續任意願,相對較高。 伍、新北市中等學校兼任行政職務教師人格特質與續任意願具有中低程度 的相關。 陸、新北市中等學校兼任行政職務教師人格特質各層面對續任意願具有預 測力。 最後,研究者依據結論分別向教育機關、學校主管及未來研究者提出相關建議,作為後續研究之參考。
The main purpose of this study aims to explore how personality influences on the willingness of reappointment as administrators for high school teachers who currently hold administrative positions in New Taipei City. In order to do so, the following factors are analyzed, including the current status of their personality and their reappointment as administrators, the differences and relationship between the two dimensions, and whether personality would be able to predict the willingness of reappointment. The survey research method was conducted with questionnaires. The subjects totaled 573 high school teachers with administrative positions currently were sampled with random sampling strategy from 36 high schools in New Taipei City. There are 512 valid ones at a rate of 89.35%. The data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results are as follows: 1. Administrators of high school teachers with administrative positions in New Taipei City, the scale of acknowledgement from the dimension of personality performed lower degree neuroticism, higher degree extroversion, medium degree openness, lower degree agreeableness and medium degree conscientiousness. 2. Administrators of high school teachers with administrative positions in New Taipei City, the scale of acknowledgement from the dimension of willingness of reappointment was medium. 3. Administrators of high school teachers with administrative positions in New Taipei City, among the personality of teacher with master's degree and teacher who holding director position, except of neuroticism, others are more positive relatively. 4. Administrators of high school teachers with administrative positions in New Taipei City, among the willingness of reappointment of senior teacher, teacher with master's degree, teacher who teaches in a large scale school and teacher who holding director position are relatively higher. 5. There is a weak correlation between personality and willingness of reappointment as administrators for high school teachers with administrative positions currently. 6. All the aspects in the dimension of personality positively influences and are able to predict the willingness of reappointment as adminastrators for high school teachers with administrative positions in in New Taipei City. Some suggestions are issued based on research discovery and conclusions for Ed-ucational administrative authorities, school concerned and future researchers.
