教師專業發展與教師自我效能之研究─以臺中市國中體育教師為例

Abstract

本研究旨在探討教師專業發展與教師自我效能,研究目的如下:一、瞭解臺中市國中體育教師對教師專業發展與教師自我效能之現況情形。二、比較不同背景變項國中體育教師對教師專業發展與教師自我效能之差異情形。三、分析國中體育教師對教師專業發展與教師自我效能之兩者之間的相關性。並根據研究調查結果提出具體建議,以作為教育行政機關與學校實施教師專業發展之參考。 本研究以100學年度臺中市公立國民中學體育教師為研究對象,共發出350份問卷調查,回收後共計有效問卷286份,回收率達83.7%。問卷所得資料以統計軟體SPSS 18.0 for Windows 進行處理,採描述性統計分析、t 檢定及單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法,獲致以下結論: 一、臺中市國中體育教師在教師專業發展現況呈現普遍良好。 二、臺中市國中體育教師在教師自我效能現況呈現普遍良好。 三、臺中市國中體育教師在年齡、服務年資、現任職務等變項,對教師專業發展上有顯著差異。 四、臺中市國中體育教師在性別、現任職務等變項,對教師自我效能上有顯著差異。 五、臺中市國中體育教師在教師專業發展與教師自我效能有顯著正相關。 最後根據以上研究結論,分別對教育行政機關、國中體育教師及未來研究者分別提出相關建議,以供參考。
This study aims to investigate the Teacher Professional Development and teachers’ self-efficacy. The main purposes of the study are as follows: 1.To realize the current conditions of junior high school P.E. teachers towards the Teacher Professional Development and teachers’ self-efficacy in Taichung City . 2.To examine the differences between junior high school P.E. teachers’ Teacher Professional Development and teachers’ self-efficacy under different background factors. 3.To analyze the correlation between junior high school P.E. teachers’ Teacher Professional Development and their teachers’ self-efficacy. According to the results of the research, the specific suggestions would be presented as the references for educational administrations or junior high schools which are implementing the Teacher Professional Development. The participants in the study were junior high school P.E. teachers in Taichung in both semesters of 2011 academic year. The total of 350 questionnaires were distributed, and the valid questionnaires after collection are 286. The overall response rate is up to 83.7%. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 for Windows, including descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. Based on the results of the analyzation, there are some conclusions and suggestions provided: 1.At the current stage, junior high school P.E. teachers’ Teacher Professional Development in Taichung City was above the average. 2.At the current stage, junior high P.E. teachers’ self-efficacy in Taichung City was above average. 3.There were significant differences caused by the variations in ages, years of teaching and present positions on the participants’ Teacher Professional Development. 4.There were significant differences caused by the variations in gender and positions on the participants’ self-efficacy. 5.The teachers’ self-efficacy and their Teacher Professional Development of the junior high school P.E. teachers in Taichung were positively related. The results above are provided as references to help educational administrations, P.E. teachers in junior highs and future researchers.
