Abstract

本研究旨在瞭解我國公立職業學校資訊科教師專業成長與工作滿意度之關係,並據以提出結論與建議。本研究係採問卷調查法,首先透過文獻蒐集與整理,建立本研究之理論架構,並參考編製而成「資訊科教師專業成長與工作滿意度調查問卷」,以作為本研究蒐集資料之研究工具。本研究之研究對象為我國97學年度公立職業學校資訊科教師,扣除62位預試樣本後,以157位資訊科教師做為正式問卷之施測對象,分別以單一樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行資料分析,獲致結論如下: 一、公立職業學校資訊科教師專業成長現況達理想之程度。 二、公立職業學校資訊科教師對其工作達滿意之程度。 三、不同教育程度之公立職業學校資訊科教師,其專業成長現況具有顯著差異。 四、不同性別、不同任教於資訊科年資、不同教育程度之公立職業學校資訊科教師,其工作滿意度具有顯著差異。 五、公立職業學校資訊科教師之專業成長與工作滿意度具有高度正相關。 最後,根據研究結論對教師、學校、教育主管行政機關與後續研究者提出具體之建議。
The purpose of this study was to comprehend the relationships between professional growth and job satisfaction of computer science teachers in public vocational high schools, and also purposed some conclusions and suggestions. This study developed by questionnaire survey. First, to collect through methods of documentary researches, and analyzed the data to build up the questionnaire of professional growth and job satisfaction of computer science teachers. The sample was selected by the academicyear 97 public computer science teachers in vocational high school, and after deducting 62 to pilot test, that the sample with 157 computer science teachers be used as formal questionnaire. The study was made analysis with single sample t-test, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, etc. The results were in the following: 1.The computer science teachers in vocational high school’s status of the professional growth attained ideal degree. 2.The computer science teachers in vocational high school attained satisfied degree. 3.The level of education of the computer science teachers in vocational high school that the ideal degree of professional growth had significant differences. 4.The gender, level of education of the computer science teachers in vocational high school that the job satisfaction had significant differences. 5.The professional growth and the job satisfaction of public computer sciece teachers in vocational high school had significant positive relation. Finally, the results were discussed and some recommendations were made for teachers, vocational schools, administration department of education and future research.
