Abstract

十二年基本國民教育在108學年度正式上路,本研究以課程綱要認同與實施相關理論為基礎,探討臺北市等體育教師健康與體育學習領域課程綱要 (健體領綱) 認同及實施現況。本研究目的:一、瞭解健體領綱認同及實施之現況和差異情形; 二、分析不同背景變項在健體領綱認同及實施現況的差異情形; 三、探討健體領綱認同及實施階段之教師分布情形。方法: 以問卷調查法,採分層隨機抽樣300位臺北市中等體育教師,回收261份,回收率87%,扣除漏填及無效問卷,有效問卷247份,研究工具係編自教育部 (2018) 最新公布的健體領綱,資料處理以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪非法事後比較、驗證性因素分析及重要性-表現分析法。結果: 一、健體領綱認同及實施程度分別為高上和中上程度,且認同程度顯著高於實施程度; 二、課綱認同及實施在參加研習達顯著差異; 三、健體領綱分布多處於第一象限。結論: 一、健體領綱認同及實施程度良好,但認同及實施間存在落差; 二、教師課綱認同及實施在參加研習有發揮一定的效果。三、臺北市中等體育教師處於認同且實施的階段。最後依結論提出實務應用及後續研究之相關建議。
Curriculum Guidelines of 12- Year Basic Education is Formally comming on the road in the 108th academic year, This research is discusses the status of the identification and implementation of the curriculum Guidelines for the health and physical education in the secondary PE teachers in Taipei City. Purposes: Understand the status of 1. The identity and implementation of Guidelines; 2. The differences in the identity and implementation of Guidelines between with different background variables; 3. The distribution on stage of identification and implementation. Methods: Using questionnaire survey, stratified random sampling of 300 middle school PE teachers in Taipei City, the research tool is compiled from of the Guidelines (2018), and the data processing is based on descriptive statistics and independent samples t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé Method and importance-performance analysis. Results: 1. The Guidelines has a high degree of identity and implementation, which is higher than the current status of implementation; 2. The Guidelines has significant difference in variable of workshop; 3. The Taipei City has a medium level PE teachers are mostly in the first quadrant, identity and implemented. Finally, according to the results and the conclusion, put forward relevant suggestions for practical application and follow-up research.
