教師對戶外教育法律責任認知及態度之研究─以桃園市國民中學為例

Abstract
本研究旨在瞭解桃園市國中教師對戶外教育法律責任認知及態度之現況,並探討國中教師之各種背景變項(性別、教學年資、目前教學職務、戶外教育策劃或帶領工作經驗、是否曾修習過戶外教育法律相關研習或課程),是否為影響桃園市國中教師對戶外教育法律責任認知及態度之因素。
本研究以自編之「桃園市國民中學教師對戶外教育法律責任認知及態度問卷」作為研究工具,並以桃園市國中教師為研究對象,將問卷調查所得之資料進行次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、相關分析等統計方法。
最後綜合文獻分析以及問卷統計分析結果,提出結論與建議。
本研究之結果如下所示:
一、國中教師的性別、教學年資、教學職務、戶外教育策劃工作經驗、是否曾修習過戶外教育法律相關研習或課程,對戶外教育法律責任認知並無差異。
二、國中教師的性別、教學年資、戶外教育策劃工作經驗、戶外教育帶領工作經驗、是否曾修習過戶外教育法律相關研習或課程,對戶外教育法律責任態度並無差異。
三、國中教師的教學職務與其對戶外教育法律責任態度有顯著差異。經本研究發現,主任在戶外教育法律責任態度比導師正向。
四、國中教師的戶外教育帶領工作經驗與其對戶外教育租用車輛法令認知有顯著差異。經本研究發現,具備戶外教育帶領工作經驗的國中教師對戶外教育租用車輛法令的瞭解程度較高。
本研究根據研究結果,提出以下建議:
一、建立戶外教育人員需參與戶外教育法律研習機制
二、戶外教育法律研習或課程的內容需再調整
三、策劃戶外教育工作經驗的變項可再研究
四、帶領戶外教育工作經驗的變項可再研究
The main purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of teachers in Taoyuan City on the cognition and attitude of outdoor education legal liability, and to explore various background variables of teachers in junior high schools (such as gender, seniority, current teaching positions, outdoor education planning or leading experience, whether they have practiced whether it is a outdoor education law-related study or course) is a factor that affects the cognition and attitude of teachers in Taoyuan City to the legal liability of outdoor education. The study tool ‘‘Teacher’s Cognition and Attitude towards Legal Liability of Outdoor Education’’ which is designed by the researcher has been used in this investigation. The research subjects are the teachers of junior high schools in Taoyuan City. The result is analyzed by the statistical methods like frequency distribution table, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis,etc. The following findings are emerged from this study. A.There are no significant differences in the cognition of outdoor education legal liability between gender, seniority, teaching positions, outdoor education planning experience, whether they have studied outdoor education law-related studies or courses. B. There are no significant differences in the attitude of outdoor education legal liability between gender, seniority, outdoor education planning experience, outdoor education leading experience, whether they have studied outdoor education law-related studies or courses. C. There is a significant difference in the attitude of outdoor education legal liability for teaching positions. According to this study, the director’s attitude towards legal liability in outdoor education is positiver than that of the homeroom teacher. D. There is a significant difference in the rental vehicle law cognition of outdoor education legal liability for teacher’s outdoor education leading experience. According to this study, junior high school teachers with leading experience in outdoor education have a higher understanding of the law on renting vehicles for outdoor education. According to the above findings, the following suggestions are proposed. A. Establishing the mechanism that outdoor education personnel need to participate in the outdoor education legal study. B. The content of outdoor education law study or course needs to be adjusted. C. The background variable of planning outdoor education experience can be studied again. D. The background variable of leading outdoor education experience can be studied again.
