dc.description.abstract臺北市國民中學教室走察與教學效能之關係 中文摘要 本研究旨在探討臺北市國民中學教室走察與教師教學效能之關係,並瞭解不同個人背景變項及學校環境變項的國民中學教師,對教室走察與教學效能的認知差異情形,及探究國中教師對於教室走察的實施與教師教學效能的相關情形。 本研究以問卷調查為主的方式蒐集資料。以臺北市國民中學(含完全中學國中部)251位教師為研究對象。研究工具為「臺北市國民中學教室走察與教學效能之關係問卷」。根據問卷填答結果,以平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析、雪費法多重比較、皮爾遜積差相關等方法進行資料處理。 基於資料分析結果,獲致下列五項主要研究發現: 一、 國民中學教師對於目前推動的「教室走察」政策之覺知屬於良好程度。 二、 不同現任職務及是否參與走察計畫之國民中學教師對教室走察的覺知有顯著差異。 三、 不同學校規模、歷史、所在區域教師對教室走察之覺知有顯著差異。 四、 國民中學教師普遍肯定教室走察有助於提升教學效能。 五、 教室走察與教學效能具有中度正相關。 根據研究結果,分別對教育行政機關、學校、教師及後續研究者提供建議。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractA Study on the Relationship between Classroom Walk-Through and Teaching Effectiveness at Junior High Schools in Taipei City Abstract The purpose of this study were to investigate the current status of classroom walk-through and teaching effectiveness at junior high schools in Taipei City, to analyze the differences between teachers of different demographic variables and environmental variables, concerning classroom walk-through and teaching effectiveness. The method of data collection is questionnaire survey, adopted from a questionnaire named, “Questionnaire on Classroom Walk-through and Teaching Effectiveness at Junior High Schools in Taipei City.” The subjects of this study were 251 teachers drawn from junior high schools in Taipei City. The data were statistically treated by means, standard deviations, one-way ANOVA , Scheffe method for multiple comparisons, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The main findings of this study were as follows: 1.The junior high school teachers’ perspicacity with classroom walk-through and teaching effectiveness was at “good” level. 2.There were significant differences for junior high school teachers’ perception of classroom walk-through in terms of different incumbent duties, involved with CWT program. 3.There were significant differences for junior high teachers’ perception of classroom walk-through in terms of school size, history of the school and school regions. 4.Most junior high school teachers agreed that CWT program was helpful for teaching effectiveness. 5.There was a significant positive correlation between the junior high school teachers’ perception of classroom walk-through and teaching effectiveness. Finally, according to the research results, some recommendations were suggested for educational institution, junior high schools, junior high school teachers, and future researchers.en_US
