社區大學學員參與親職教育課程之學習歷程研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探究社區大學學員在參與親職教育課程之學習歷程中,學員所呈現的學習樣態、自我反思與轉變,以及如何延續與應用所學的親職知能於日常生活中的情形。因此,本研究目的為: 一、瞭解社區大學學員參與親職教育課程的動機和需求。 二、分析社區大學親職教育課程之內涵,以及學員知識學習之經驗連 結、對教師和同儕之認知方式和自我覺察與反思。 三、探究學員課室學習延續及應用。 四、探究參與社區大學親職教育課程學員學習特性之影響因素。 五、根據研究結果,建議社區大學相關親職教育課程規劃及教學設計 之參考。 本研究過程採質性研究取向,以台北市萬華社區大學所開設的「親子的全腦潛能開發教育」課程作為研究場域,立意抽取五位樣本進行研究。以訪談法為主,輔以參與觀察和文件分析作為研究的檢核,探討學員學習親職知能之歷程。綜合五位學員的資料分析與親職課程的知識內涵,研究發現歸納如下: 一、社區大學學員學習親職課程學習樣態之共同性: 1.匱乏和成長交錯的學習動機與需求。 2.反思自身成長經驗和轉變。 3.偏好轉移式的教師教學和學習策略。 4.志同道合多重鷹架的學習社群。 5.學習經驗用於改善日常親子和家人關係。 二、社區大學學員學習親職課程學習樣態之差異性: 1.經濟狀況和親職經驗影響學員參與課程動機。 2.性別差異影響師生和同儕之互動關係。 3.相似的社會水平,如年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度,卻呈現多重異質 的認知方式。 根據上述研究發現,本研究分別對社區大學相關親職教育課程規劃和教學設計,以及後續研究方向提出建議。
This thesis is to investigate the learning characters, self-reflections and transitions of community college students during the parenting education class, and how they continue and put in use the parenting ability in the daily life. Therefore, the purposes of this research are as following five points: 1.To understand the motives and requirements of the community college students participating in the parenting education class. 2.To analyze the connotation or inner meaning of the parenting education and the experiences share between the learning students, the cognitive mode to the teacher and the same generation people and self-refection and self-awareness. 3.To explore the continuation and application of the knowledge or learning acquired in the class. 4.To make a thorough inquiry of the factors influencing the learning characters of the Community college students. 5.To recommend the community college the class scheme and teaching design of the parenting class based on the research findings. The research process is oriented to the qualitative research, selecting the class of “Parent and Kid’s Potential Development Education” of “Taipei Municipal Wan-Hua Community College” as the research field and sampling purposefully five people for this investigation. The main research method is the In-Depth Interview method. In order to do the research check and explore the course of learning parenting ability, methods of In-Depth Interview, Participant-Observation and Documentary Analysis are used as second research methods. After analyzing this five samples and the connotation of the parenting education, this research can be concluded by the following findings: First, similarities of the students of the parenting education class in the community college: 1.The appearances of learning motives and requirements after the interaction between deficiency motivation and growth motivation. 2.Self-reflections of growth experiences and transitions. 3.The strategies of teaching and learning of the transition knowing. 4.Learning communities with common goals and multi-scaffolding. 5.Learning experiences are used to improve the relationship with children and families. Second, diversities of the students of the parenting education class in the community college: 1.Economic situation and parenting experiences influence the motivation of participating class of the students. 2.Sexual differences affect the relationship between teachers, students and the same generation people. 3.The similar social levels, as ages, marriage, and education present multiple and different cognitive mode. According to the findings above, this research offers some recommendations to the community college the class scheme and teaching design of the parenting class and follow-up investigations.
