Abstract
臺灣自1992年開放引進外籍勞工進入臺灣工作開始,每年在臺工作的外籍勞工人數逐年上升,各機構因應此潮流紛紛開辦外籍勞工的華語課程。本研究之主要目的在於編寫適合外籍勞工學習者之華語教材並作適當之課程規劃。本研究的研究對象為學習完《外籍看護工中文基礎訓練課程教材》前十三課課程的外勞學習者。上述教材共三十課,前半為生活主題,其他則為專業照護華語,而前半部的教材現被使用於外籍勞工的零起點課程。本研究的研究方法是首先,收集臺灣各地區之外籍勞工華語課程開課現況與使用之教材,同時檢視並分析了市面上現有之其他針對外籍勞工編寫的華語教材,做為參考。其次,調查學習者對於新教材的需求,並在《外籍看護工中文基礎訓練課程教材》的前十三課教材內容的基礎之下,繼續針對在工廠內工作之外籍勞工編寫華語教材。最後,規劃外勞華語課堂並使用編寫完成之教材進行教學,發放教材與課程滿意度調查問卷,作為後續教材編寫及課程規劃之依據。
Since the introduction of foreign workers into Taiwan in 1992, the number of foreign workers working in Taiwan has been increasing year by year. At present, there are more and more Chinese courses for foreign workers. However, there are no standard teaching material for the course to use in class. The research objects of this study are foreign labor learners who have completed the first thirteen chapters of Basic Chinese for Foreign Caretaker, the first half of which is situated in daily-life topics, the other half is about professional care-taking. The research firstly, collects the data of current situation and Chinese teaching materials for foreign workers in Taiwan. Secondly, the needs of the learners for the new teaching materials is surveyed. Based on the content of the first thirteen chapters of Basic Chinese for Foreign Caretaker, the basic Chinese teaching materials for foreign workers working in factories are compiled. Finally, designing a course for foreign workers in which the newly designed material is used, and a questionnaire regarding the teaching material and the course is distributed for future revision of the material and the courses.
