Abstract
由於一件攸關生命的校園事件,讓研究者產生進行本研究的動機;本研究是以行動研究方式,將品格教育融入籃球校隊訓練之中,旨在透過行動研究探討籃球隊訓練應用南門國中教育核心價值的成效,分析隊員於品格之學習情形並探究實施過程中所遇到的問題及可行的解決方式。
本研究是以台北市立南門國中男子籃球隊為研究對象,實施時間從民國九十九年九月至十二月,研究期間運用學習單、研究者教學日誌、家長回饋等資料,以評估球員學習成效,本研究經資料分析後,獲致的結論如下:
一、品格教育融入籃球校隊訓練確實可行
二、本校教育核心價值應用於籃球校隊訓練具有明顯成效
三、品格教育課程的融入豐富了校隊訓練的內容
四、研究者進行行動研究過程中能夠獲得專業成長
最後,研究者根據本研究結論,對於在籃球隊訓練中進行品格教育及後續研究提出具體建議。
Resulting from a life-and-death school event, the researcher was motivated to do this research, in the way of action research, to incorporate character education into basketball team training. The purpose is to investigate the effectiveness of applying the core value of Nanmen junior high school to basketball training by action research, to evaluate the team members’ learning condition, and to find the solution to all problems occurred during the process. The object of this study is the men’s basketball team of Nanmen junior high school in Taipei, and the research period is from September to December in 2010. Data in this study is collected from sheets of students’ learning, teaching diary of researcher, parents’ respondence, and so on, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of player’s learning. The findings of this study are shown below: 1. Incorporating character education into basketball team training is actually practicable. 2. applying the core value of our school to evaluate junior high school basketball team training is actually effective. 3. Incorporation of character education enriches the sports team training. 4. The researcher’s professionalism is actually improved during the action research process. Finally, according to the findings of this study, concrete suggestions are provided by the researcher to incorporate character education into basketball team training and prospective research.
