Abstract
本文旨就資訊計量學的發展歷程作一全面性的回顧，以實證研究分析其與書目計量學、科學計量學與網路計量學等名詞被使用之情況，進而希望能跨步未來，向前瞻望網路計量學(webometrics)的願景，最後總結網路計量學之應用、問題與資訊計量學之拓展方向。
This article describes the development of informalities and analyzes the terminology usage of bibliometrics, scientometrics, informatics and webmoetrics. The perspectives of webometrics, including its application, implementation and problems are also discussed.
