國中特教與普教教師在職業倦怠之差異:以恆毅力為中介變項

Abstract
本研究旨在瞭解國中階段教師在職業倦怠與恆毅力之間的關係與差異,並以恆毅力為中介變項,探討恆毅力是否在不同教師類別與職業倦怠間具有中介效果。研究採取問卷調查法,以國內155位國中特教教師和134位國中普教教師共289人作為研究對象,並以「職場疲勞量表」與「恆毅力量表」兩份測驗作為蒐集資料之研究工具。依統計分析結果,獲得以下結論:一、國中特教教師在個人倦怠與工作倦怠上顯著高於普教教師。二、國中特教教師在持續性分量表顯著低於普教教師,在熱忱分量表與普教教師無顯著差異。三、恆毅力與個人倦怠、工作倦怠及服務對象倦怠有顯著負相關。四、持續性分量表在教師類別與工作倦怠及服務對象倦怠間具有中介效果最後,依據研究結果討論本研究貢獻與價值,希望可以提供學校行政單位、教育行政單位以及未來研究者之參考。
This research intends to discuss the relationship between grit and burnout in junior high school teachers. And we take grit as a mediator, to investigate the mediating effect of grit between different specialized teacher and the burnout.Query survey method was adopted for this research. The participants were 230 junior high school teachers (155 special education teachers and 134 general teachers).In this research, weuse Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI) and Traditional Chinese version of the Grit Scale (GS-TC) as the data-gathering tools. And all the data were processed with information analysis method like descriptive analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation, independent sample t-test, and regression analysis. The following are the research findings:First, special education junior high school teachers are significantly higher than general teachers in personal burnout and work-related burnout. Second, special education junior high school teachers are lower than general teachers in perseverance, but have no difference in passion. Third, Grit has a negative correlation among personal burnout, work-related burnout and client-related burnout. The last one, perseverance served as a mediator between specialized teacher, work-related burnout and client-related burnout.For the final intent is to serve as the recommendations for school administrators, educational administrations, coaches, teachers, and future researchers.
