dc.description.abstract  本研究探討緬甸排華事件發生,緬華來澳門定居後,形成了特殊的文化地景,澳門政府政策不斷影響著它的發展。近年,觀光產業多元化是澳門發展的重點,這又對它有何影響。   本研究旨在以文化地景的概念,深入詮釋澳門緬甸華僑文化地景形成和轉變的內涵。研究結果主要有:一、數十年下來,緬華逐漸在三盞燈形成「澳門緬華飲食」和「澳門緬華潑水節的節慶」文化地景。二、在特區政府的旅業產業政策下,緬甸華僑原來的飲食文化、潑水節文化地景,被轉變為澳門重要的觀光遊憩資源,也讓澳門緬甸華僑的族群性與地域性得以延續和活化。zh_TW
dc.description.abstract  After the anti-Chinese riots in Burma in 1967, some Burmese Chinese people settled down in Macao and gradually developed their own community. This research is going to find out that how the tourism policy of Macao government affect the culture landscape development of Burmese Chinese in Macao.   This research has 2 main conclusions. 1.After 1967, Burmese Chinese gradually formed “Macao Burmese Chinese food” and “Burmese Chinese New Year Water Festival” in Sam Jam Dang over decades. 2.Under Macao SAR’s tourism policy, “Macao Burmese Chinese food” and “Burmese Chinese water festival” are regarded as very significant resources for tourism and these allow Macao Burmese Chinese be able to be more cohesive and reciprocal community.en_US
