臺北市外籍配偶親職教育需求之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探討外籍配偶對親職教育需求之情形。研究者以自編的「外籍配偶親職教育需求問卷」作為工具,問卷內容包含外籍配偶基本資料、配偶社經地位、親職教育內容需求、媒介需求及支持系統五部份,抽取台北市之外籍配偶420人作為研究對象。所得資料採次數分配、單因子變異數分析、卡方考驗及平均數、標準差等統計方法進行資料的處理,藉以探究變項間的關係。根據主要發現,歸納成結論並提出建議,以作為各界日後推動外籍配偶親職教育及未來研究之參考。 壹、研究結果 一、外籍配偶親職教育內容需求方面 (一)各層面及整體需求的程度很高,普遍覺得需要。 (二)外籍配偶親職教育內容需求以「教養子女的知識與技能需求」 層面得分最高,「多元文化的知識與技能需求」層面得分最低。 (三)原國籍別、教育程度、年齡、子女數、長子女年齡、居臺時間、在臺使用語言、學習華文時間等不同背景變項之外籍配偶其親職教育內容需求均未達顯著差異。 二、外籍配偶學習親職教育所用媒之介需求以人際媒介為最多。 三、外籍配偶親職學習親職教育時的支持系統需求以情緒性需求最 高。 貳、建議 一、積極開設外籍配偶親職教育課程,且親職教育課程內容應考量外籍配偶需求與興趣為主。 二、親職教育課程應以多元方式呈現,加強互動體驗,以促進學習效果。 三、提供面對面學習的機會,並鼓勵家人一起參與。 四、積極輔導外籍配偶同儕團體,並善用外籍配偶義工。 五、加強家庭教育,多舉辦家庭性活動,促進親子互動,讓家庭成為健全家庭。 六、多製作外籍配偶適用的節目與書刊,並加強宣導出版品,以期發揮最大的效果。 七、各媒體與各級機關團體學校應本著尊重與愛,多宣導並提供學生認識東南亞文化的課程。 關鍵詞:外籍配偶、親職教育需求、媒介需求、支持系統需求。
A Study on Parental Education Needs for Foreign Spouses ABSTRACT This study was aimed at the foreign spouses in Taipei with regard to parental educational needs. It is composed of a questionnaire for parental educational needs. It includes personal information, parental educational contents needs, media needs and social support needs. There were 420 questionnaires given to foreign spouses. In the results, there were 308 valid samples. These valid samples were analyzed by various statistical methods, such as element analysis,one-way Anova,standard deviation,arithmetic mean and chi-square test. These methods showed the relation between each variable. According to these important findings, the following suggestions can be correlated as reference for relevant organizations. Important findings: 1.Parental Educational Needs (1).The level of every aspect of needs is very high. (2).With respect to the aspect of child-rearing knowledgeand technical skill,most respondents scored the hightest grades,meaning they need these skills; With respect to the various cultural knowledge and technical skill-making scores were in the lowermost section, meaning respondents feel they don’t need these skills. (3).Foreign spouses of different backgrounds variation-their nationality,their educational degree, age, the number of children, the eldest child`s age, frequency of speaking everyday language,their husbands` educational level, situation of employment,-don`t show significant difference in parenting education . 2. When the foreign spouses study parenting education, people media is the most needed. 3. When the foreign spouses study parenting education, emotional support is the most necessary. According to the results,here are some suggestions: 1. Take part in foreign spouses parenting educational classes. Also the foreign spouses’s needs and wills, must be considered. 2. The family education courses should employ a variety of different methods appropriate to different cultures and learning styles. In addition, the courses should teach communication strategies. 3. Provide the learning chance face by face, and encourage the couples to learning together. 4. Counsel the group of foreign spouses using foreign volunteers. 5. By strengthening family education and encouraging whole family activities, the relationship between parents and children can be improved. 6. Make TV programs and books for foreign spouses. And market the products. 7. Schools and media should teach the South-East Asian culture to all students and people.
