偏鄉國中生健康資訊行為與健康飲食態度影響研究—以新竹縣尖石鄉國中生為例

Abstract
本研究旨在了解尖石鄉國中生健康資訊行為與健康飲食態度之關係。以112學年度之尖石鄉國中生為研究對象進行紙本問卷普查,共回收176份有效問卷,有效回收率為85%。研究工具採用「尖石鄉國中生健康資訊行為與健康飲食態度之調查問卷」,其內容包含「健康資訊行為量表」以及「健康飲食態度量表」,並以t檢定、單因子變異數分析以及Pearson績差相關分析等方式進行研究資料分析。其結果如下:一、尖石鄉國中生健康資訊需求動機以「自身需要」居多,其次是「要完成學校作業」。健康資訊尋求管道主要來自「親戚與家人」居多,其次是「醫療專業人員」。健康飲食資訊偏好主題以「飲食與體型」居多,其次是「飲食文化」。二、尖石鄉國中生健康飲食態度現況以正向居多。三、不同性別的尖石鄉國中生在健康飲食資訊偏好主題有顯著差異。不同家中做飯頻率的尖石鄉國中生在健康資訊尋求管道與健康飲食資訊偏好主題有顯著差異。四、不同年級、不同家中做飯頻率、不同自覺體型與有無個人電腦的尖石鄉國中生在健康飲食態度有顯著差異。五、尖石鄉國中生之健康資訊行為與健康飲食態度呈現顯著正相關。依據以上研究結果,本研究分別對教育行政機關、學校、教師、學生與家長提出相關建議,以提供參考。
The main purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between health information behavior and healthy dietary attitudes among junior high school students in Jianshi Township. The research participants of this study were junior high school students in Jianshi Township and a questionnaire survey method was conducted in 2023. A total of 176 valid responses were collected, resulting in an 85% response rate. The research instrument used was the"Survey on Health Information Behavior and Healthy Dietary Attitudes of Junior High School Students in Jianshi Township," which consisted of the "Health Information Behavior Scale" and the "Healthy Dietary Attitude Scale." The research data were analyzed using t-tests,one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation analysis. The results are as follows:1.The primary motivation for health information needs among Jianshi Township junior high school students is "personal need," followed by "completing school assignments." The main sources of health information are "relatives and family members," followed by "medical professionals." The preferred topics of health dietary information are "diet and body shape," followed by "dietary culture."2.The current state of healthy dietary attitudes among Jianshi Township junior high school students is predominantly positive.3.There are significant differences in the preferred topics of health dietary information among Jianshi Township junior high school students based on gender. There are also significant differences in the sources of health information and the preferred topics of health dietary information based on the frequency of cooking at home.4. There are significant differences in healthy dietary attitudes among Jianshi Township junior high school students based on grade level, frequency of cooking at home, perceived body shape, and possession of a personal computer.5.There is a significant positive correlation between health information behavior and healthy dietary attitudes among Jianshi Township junior high school students.Based on the above research findings, this study provides recommendations for educational administrative agencies, schools, teachers, students, and parents for their reference.
