非營利組織志工培訓方案建構之研究─以H文教基金會服務隊為例

dc.description.abstract本研究主要以結構化在職訓練(structured on-the-job training,簡稱 S-OJT)模式,經由焦點團體訪談的方式,探究非營利組織志工培訓方案的建構;包含:培訓方案目標、實施流程與內涵,並研提方案評估模式與後續執行的建議。 一、培訓方案目標 滿足「志工服務學習發展」及「組織知識建構與傳承」兩個面向的訓練需求目標計有:提升志工專業能力、更有計畫安排服務活動、建立「做中學」結構化反思機制、創造活潑多元化學習空間、建立完整知識庫、找到組織知識攜帶者、建立有效複製傳承管道、佈置妥善組織學習環境等8項主目標及19項子目標。 二、實施流程與內涵 依據訓練目標以S-OJT六階段實施流程發展各階段之培訓內涵,依次第建構計為:決定使用S-OJT、找到工作單元分析的重點與方法、訂定訓練員遴選的標準與方式、設計模組類型與組成格式、規畫多元化學習方式以及建立評鑑原則。 三、評估模式 以訓練輸入、過程、輸出及與組織脈絡互動之S-OJT系統架構,研提培訓方案評估模式,以訓練系統層次及組織層次兩個面向來檢視培訓方案建構的適切性,持續進行「產出成果」與「預期目標」符合度的檢視,並找出使用S-OJT問題以及解決之道。 四、後續執行的建議 建議聘請S-OJT專家協助診斷組織發展優先順序;先導入S-OJT觀念,建立正確認知;再以階段性執行S-OJT,配合組織任務,從「近程」的班務至「中程」的區務而至「遠程」與社會接軌,協助其邁向隱性知識之完整建構以及創新組織核心能力的新平台。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractBased on the structured on-the-job training (S-OJT) and through the focus group interviews, the purpose of this study is to explore and establish the content of training program for volunteers of non-profitable organizations. It contains training objectives, implementation workflow and the content of training. In addition, this study also provides a model for training evaluation and recommendation for program execution. 1.The objectives of training program There are totally 8 main objectives and 19 sub-objectives for required training which are based on "volunteers' service- learning" and "construction of knowledge base". 2.Implementation workflow and content The content of training is based on six-state workflow in S-OJT. 3.The evaluaion of training program The provided training evaluation is based on training input, on-going process and output, as well as organizational interaction 4.Recommendation of further program execution Recommend to consult persons with S-OJT expertise to assist and diagnose development priority for organization. This step will introduce the comcept of S-OJT, establish the right knowledge and then execute the S-JOT pashe by phase to achive organization goals. The long-term goals are to construct a completed knowledge base and a new core competence of organization.en_US
