海峽兩岸高等技職教育規模擴張之比較分析

Abstract

本論文旨在探討海峽兩岸高等技職教育規模擴張的比較，採用比較教育的研究方法；首先經由高等教育擴張理論和兩岸高教發展現況的文獻探討，作為後續比較的基礎；繼之分別說明海峽兩岸高等教育規模擴張的發展階段和現況，以及探討海峽兩岸高等技職教育規模擴張的因素、發展、過程和結果，並進行比較；根據研究的結論，提出海峽兩岸高等教育規模擴張在發展階段和現況，以及海峽兩岸高等技職教育規模擴張在政治發展、經濟建設、社會需求、規模擴張、品質提升、多元特色、擴張模式、擴張方法、學制現況和面臨問題等具體建議。This study aims to explore and compare the scale expansion of cross-strait higher technological and vocational education through adopting comparative education research method. Firstly, it elaborates the current situation of the development of cross-strait higher education using the theory of higher education expansion and related literature review to serve as a basis for follow-up comparison. Secondly, it describes the development stage and the current situation of the scale expansion of cross-strait higher education as well as explores the factors, development process and results of the scale expansion of cross-strait higher technological and vocational education, and then makes a comparison between the two. According to research findings, the paper puts forward some practical suggestions for the development stage and current situation of the scale expansion of cross-strait higher education as well as for the political development, economic construction, social needs, scale expansion, quality improvement, multiple characteristics, expansion model, expansion method, academic status and problems faced of the scale expansion of cross-strait higher technological and vocational education.
