中高齡者使用網際網路搜尋健康資訊行為之探討-網路社會資本、網路自我效能及網路健康素養的角色

dc.description.abstract本論文在探討中高齡者使用網路搜尋健康行為的影響因素。本研究為橫斷式相關研究設計,於台灣地區採以隨機分布比例分區抽樣,以結構式問卷透過訪視進行資料收集。本研究時間為2018年7月至12月,共完成600份問卷調查,有效問卷為558份,資料分析以SSPS 22.0統計軟體分析。研究結果發現:一、本研究對象在年齡越低,且其網路社會資本、網路自我效能及網路健康素養得分愈高,其網路健康資訊搜尋行為得分有顯著愈高。二、本研究對象的社會人口特性變項在教育程度、上網經驗、有網路社群使用、有網路即時通使用、有網路即時通加入等變項及網路社會資本、網路自我效能與網路健康素養等變項皆為影響其網路健康資訊搜尋行為的顯著因素。根據研究結果,衛生教育者對中高齡者提供網路相關健康促進活動時,應著重其網路健康素養與網路自我效能以強化對網路使用及網路健康資訊辨識能力,並藉由網路社群作為健康資訊討論與資訊交換平台,提升網路健康資訊搜尋能力。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractA procedure is to explore the influencing factors of middle-aged and elderly people’s use of the Internet to search for health information behaviors. This research is a cross-sectional related research design. Random distribution proportions are used for sampling in Taiwan, and data is collected through interviews with structured questionnaires. The study time was from July to December 2018. A total of 600 questionnaires were completed, and 558 valid questionnaires were completed. The data was analyzed by SSPS 22.0 statical software. The results demonstrated:1. The lower the age of this research objects, and the higher the scores of online social capital, Internet self-efficacy and eHEALS, the higher their online health information seeking behavior scores were significantly higher.2. The socio-demographic variables of this research objects are in term of education level, online experience, use of the Internet community, use of Internet instant messaging, Internet instant messaging access, and other variables, as well as online social capital, Internet self-efficacy, and eHEALS are all significant factors affecting their online health information seeking behavior.According to the research results, when health educators provide Internet-related health promotion activites to middle-aged and elderly people, they should focus on their eHEALS and Internet self-efficacy to strengthen their ability to recognize Internet use and Internet health information. The community serves as a health information discussion and information exchange platform to enhance the ability of online health information search.en_US
