學校運動教練自我效能與工作滿意度之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在瞭解學校運動教練自我效能與工作滿意度之關係,並經由不同背景變項之分析,比較兩者差異。本研究以北部地區(新北市、臺北市、桃園縣)中學運動教練為研究對象,以自編之「學校運動教練自我效能與工作滿意度問卷」為研究工具,採便利取樣,正式問卷共計發出450份調查,回收有效樣本數348份,有效樣本回收率為82.2%。根據問卷調查所得資料,並以描述性統計、單因子多變量分析、典型相關等統計方法進行資料分析,獲得以下結論: 一、學校運動教練整體自我效能為「非常良好程度」感受,且以「個人訓練能力」感受最高。 二、學校運動教練整體工作滿意度為「中上程度」感受,且以「人際關係」感受最高。 三、學校運動教練在背景變項中,以男性、年齡較高、已婚、教練年資較高在自我效能感受上有顯著差異。 四、學校運動教練在不同背景變項上工作滿意度皆沒有顯著的差異。 五、學校運動教練自我效能與工作滿意度變項存在典型相關,其中自我效能構面的「個人訓練能力」影響工作滿意度構面中的「薪資福利」。 基於上述結果,建議學校運動教練應持續專業進修,體育主管機關應確立各級學校運動教練獎勵制度,來改善學校運動教練薪資福利之工作滿意度。針對未來研究可調查不同縣市、不同運動種類的學校運動教練,或以質量並重的研究方式, 做更深入的研究與比較。
This research aims to investigate school athletic coaches’ self-efficacy and job satisfaction, using the variable analysis of different background to conduct a comparison between coaches’ self-efficacy and job satisfaction. Participants in this research were selected from high schools’ athletic coaches of the northern region including New Taipei City, Taipei City and Taoyuan County; a questionnaire of “school athletic coaches’ self-efficacy and job satisfaction” was used as an instrument for this research and the method of convenience sampling was used for samples collection. A total number of the questionnaires were 450 and the collected effective questionnaires were 348 which meant the effective sample rate was 82.2%. The data derived from the questionnaires were analyzed by using Descriptive statistics, Multivariate analysis of variance, and Canonical correlation; the analyzed data indicated that: 1.In terms of overall self-efficacy, participants showed above average degree with the highest score on the feeling of personal training ability. 2.In terms of overall job satisfaction, participants showed very good degree with the highest score on the feeling of interpersonal relationship. 3.In terms of background variable, there was a significant difference in self-efficacy among male senior participants who were older and married. 4.In the aspect of different background variable, there was no significant difference in job satisfaction among school athletic coaches. 5.There was a canonical correlation existing in the variables of self-efficacy and job satisfaction, in which, the personal training ability in the aspect of self-efficacy produced an impact on the salary benefit in the aspect of job satisfaction. In summary, the research findings suggested that in order to improve the job satisfaction of salary benefit, school athletic coaches should keep undertaking advanced study and the authority in charge of physical education should establish an incentive system for school athletic coaches of all levels of school. For future research, it might be beneficial to examine further related topics based cities with different types of sport or conduct deeper researches and comparisons with approaches that stress on both quality and quantity.
