| dc.description.abstract | 轉型中的我國能源科技產業對優質高端人才需求迫切。大學校院相關系所和課程欲有效 培育切合時需的人才，有賴釐清能源科技高端人才所需能力。本計畫擬採系統分析法， 透過文獻探討、專家座談、蝶勘約莫法、和模糊得懷術，分析和確認能源科技高端人才 所需核心能力，並就其後續應用做出建議。 | zh_tw |
| dc.description.abstract | The energy technology industry in Taiwan is in transition and needs many quality and high-end engineers and technologists. In order to effectively prepare this workforce, the related programs and curriculum in universities/colleges need a set of well-identified competencies for the workforce. The purpose of this project is to analyze and verify necessary core competencies by means of systematic analysis. Literature review, penal discussion, DACUM-AMOD method, and fuzzy Delphi technique will be employed to attain the purpose. In addition to present the set of core competencies, further applications of this result will be suggested. | en_US |
