西班牙馬德里兒童華語師資培訓個案研究 以MACMA公司與COMILLAS大學產學合作項目為例

Abstract
隨著全球學習華語的風氣日增,華語文產業也隨之發展。華語教育成功的關鍵在人才,除了培育華語師資生,以因應海外華語教師的需求量,更重要的是藉由華語師資培訓,提升華語教師素養及專業能力,並使華語文產業有更好的品質成長。
華語教育的相關議題常圍繞在教(學)什麼?何時教(學)?在哪裡教(學)?怎麼教(學)?誰教(學)?等面向。本研究從這幾種個案研究目標,針對西班牙馬德里MACMA公司 和COMILLAS大學,產學合作的華語師資培訓為案例,蒐集相關資料及描述解釋個案研究內容分析:
一、解釋西班牙馬德里華語產業發展脈絡。
二、描述西班牙的華語師資培訓現況,包括培訓內容的分析、需具備的華語教師素養及專業能力,例如,了解歐洲推動的內容語言整合學習(CLIL)的外語教學法、國際文憑認證(IB)學校的教學理念等。
三、分析參與西班牙馬德里華語師資培訓課程的華語師資生,在西班牙教學的困難點、有哪些華語師資培訓的需求等。
將本個案研究內容整理分析,以此案例所蒐集提供的資料訊息,能給有心從事華語事業的前輩後進參考,更期望對未來華語師資培訓的研究發展有所助益。
With the increasing popularity of learning Chinese in the world, the Chinese language industry has also developed. The key to the success of Chinese language education is people. In addition to cultivating Chinese language teachers, in order to the needs of overseas Chinese teachers, it is more important to improve the quality and professionalism of Chinese teachers through pre-Chinese teacher training and to make Chinese language industry better growth. What are the topics related to Chinese language education that often revolve around teaching (study)? When do you teach (learn)? Where to teach (learn)? How to teach (learning)? Who teaches (learning)? Etc. This study has studied the objectives of these several cases, for the Chinese teacher training of the industry-university cooperation between MACMA and COMILLAS University in Madrid, Spain, collecting relevant information and describing the case study content analysis: First, to explain the development of the Chinese language industry in Madrid, Spain.Second,to describe the current situation of Chinese teacher training in Spain Third, to analyze the pre-Chinese language teachers.
