大學行政人員成就動機與工作投入關係之研究─以國立T大學為例

Abstract
管理理論提到動機會影響工作行為,而學校行政人員會影響學校營運,故瞭解國立T大學行政人員成就動機、工作投入,將有助於提供組織人才培育規劃的參考。研究對象為國立T大學的職員、約用工作人員,使用成就動機量表、工作投入量表,以問卷調查法進行研究,回收201份有效問卷,有效問卷回收率71%。研究結果發現:整體成就動機與社會取向成就動機為中等程度、個我取向成就動為中上程度,工作投入為中等程度。性別、教育程度、服務年資、聘用關係在成就動機、工作投入皆沒有顯著差異;年齡、婚姻狀況在成就動機沒有顯著差異,但在工作投入有顯著差異。整體成就動機、個我取向成就動機、社會取向成就動機分別與工作投入都有顯著正向相關。
Management theory mentions that motivation affects work behavior, and school administrators affect school operations. Therefore, understanding the achievement motivation and job involvement of administrative staff of national T University will help to provide a reference for organizational talent cultivation planning. The subjects of this study are the staff and contract staff of national T University. Using the achievement motivation scale and the job involvement scale, using questionnaires toconduct research and recover 201 valid questionnaires, with an effective questionnaire recovery rate of 71%.The results show that the overall achievement motivation and social-oriented achievement motivation are medium degrees, the individual-oriented achievement movement is medium-upper degree, and the job involvement is medium degree. There were no significant differences in achievement motivation and job involvement in gender, education level, length of service, and employment relationship; there was no significant difference in achievement motivation in"age" and "marital status," but there were significant differences in job involvement. The overall achievement motivation, the individual-oriented achievement motivation, and the social-oriented achievement motivation are all significantly positively correlated with job involvement.
