雙北地區綜合職能科校外職場實習學生工作自我效能與雇主滿意度相關研究

dc.description.abstract | 本研究主要研究雙北地區綜合職能科校外職場實習學生的工作自我效能感和雇主對於職場實習與滿意度,研究對象為臺北市、新北市公立高職參與高三校外職場實習課程之學生與提供職場實習職場之雇主。為有效達成研究目的,以問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,本研究共發放230份問卷,回收163份,回收率約7成,刪除無效問卷後,有效問卷146份,將所得資料以SPSS 進行資料處理與分析,依資料分析結果,獲知研究結論如下: 一、學生工作自我效能屬中等信心程度,未明顯偏高、低。 二、雇主對職場實習學生的「工作配合度的表現」和「遵守職場管理規定的表現」滿意度偏高。 三、障礙類別輕度的學生較中度之學生在「實際面臨工作及保護自我權益的信心」構面有信心、工作自我效能感較高。 四、男性雇主對職場實習學生的滿意度高於女性雇主。 五、年齡30歲以上,未滿40歲的雇主滿意度高於年齡40歲以上雇主。 六、學生工作自我效能和雇主滿意度有低程度的正相關。 七、在「職業準備技巧信心」部分,雇主滿意度高於學生工作自我效能。 根據上述研究結果,分別對於學校、學生職場實習安排、研究範圍的限制及後續研究方向等提出有關之建議。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The research mainly aims to investigate the self-worhing efficacy of student interns attending the special education department of vocational high schools and their employers’ satisfaction with the internship program. The participants are public vocational high school students who participate in their school’s workplace internship program and their employers, who provide the intern vacancies. To effectively achieve the purpose of study, a questionnaire survey was conducted to collect information. In the present study, 230 questionnaires were distributed, 163 of which were collected (response rate approximately 70 percent). After deleting the invalid questionnaires, 146 valid questionnaires were entered into the database, processed and analyzed with SPSS. Based on the results of data analysis, the conclusions are as follows: 1.Students generally hold a moderate degree of job self-efficacy concerning their school’s internship program. 2.Employers generally hold a highly degree on “working with the degree” and“compliance with norms”. 3.The degree of disability had an effect on students’ self-working efficacy, and mild impairment score higher than the moderate disabilities. 4.Male employers hold a higher degree than women employers on employers’ satisfaction with the internship program. 5.Age had an effect on employers’ satisfaction with the internship program. 6.A mild degree of positive correlation exists between the students’ self-working efficacy and their employers’ satisfaction. 7.Employers hold a higher degree than students on “confidence in career preparation skills”. Finally, based on the findings and results, specific suggestions for school’s workplace internship program and researchers are proposed. | en_US |
