桌球國手與菜鳥選手的生命衝擊 — 一段運動生命故事的敘說

Abstract
研究者本身是一位桌球國手，投入桌球運動至今已有十七個年頭。曾經在國內外皆獲得不錯的成績，總以為憑藉自己的球技與經驗，傳承給下一代，一定可以培育許多優秀球員，成為一位不錯的教練。然而，事實並非如想像中順利。在真實的運動場域裡，我所帶領的球隊並非正統球隊，多是半路出家的業餘選手。因背景的不同，使菜鳥教練與菜鳥選手間產生碰撞，激發出許多出乎意料的火花。本文藉由書寫、敘說生命故事的方式，重新思維及檢視了自己的生命。回顧研究者本身的運動生命歷程和經驗故事，以及擔任教練時，跟選手間的互動、衝突及反省。從中找尋一套適合自己的訓練思維與方法，期望能對未來桌球界的學習者能有所貢獻。
The author myself is a national table tennis athlete, and has been devoted to the sports for 17 years. Since I had good achievements in both international and domestic competitions, I thought I can help develop many excellent athletes in the next generation by passing on my successful skills and experiences and become a great coach. However, the real case is not as simple and easy as I planned. In the real sports field, the team I led was not an official team. They are amateurs starting from the middle of the game. However, because of the different backgrounds, many unexpected sparks were generated by the novice coach and the novice athletes. In this article, I review my life by narrating my real stories. Introspecting myself by looking back the sports life, experiences, the interactions and the conflicts with the athletes when being a coach. Trying to find a coaching method that is suitable for me, and hope to make contributions to the future followers in the area of table tennis.
