Abstract
本研究旨在了解國中音樂科代理教師在面對教師職涯之壓力與調適,包括職涯發展、壓力、面對壓力之調適策略及「壓力與調適」之形成原因。研究實施方式為半結構式深度訪談,使用研究者自編之訪談大綱對研究參與者進行訪談。所獲結論如下:一、國中音樂科代理教師職涯發展包含職業選擇、職業準備與職業精進。根據本研究結果,個案之職業選擇取決於過去的經驗、本身的興趣以及對職業的熱忱;職業準備之過程須完成修課要求、通過檢定與教學實習;職業精進包括人際關係的提升、溝通方式調整以及個人專業技能的進修。二、國中音樂科代理教師職涯發展之壓力包含工作壓力、教師甄試壓力及生活壓力。根據本研究結果,個案工作壓力包含行政方面、教學方面、溝通方面;教師甄試壓力則包含考試範圍過廣難以準備以及同儕之間的相互比較;生活壓力則包含家庭與經濟重擔。三、國中音樂科代理教師面對壓力之調適策略包含工作壓力調適、教師甄試壓力調適、及生活壓力調適。根據本研究結果,面對工作壓力之調適策略包含調整工作方法、溝通方式與自我娛樂;在面對教師甄試壓力之調適策略包含心態調整與自我正向鼓勵;而面對活壓力之調適策略包含家庭援助與互相分擔。四、國中音樂科代理教師職涯發展「壓力與調適」之形成原因包含個人特質層面、家庭背景層面與社會環境層面。根據本研究結果,個人特質層面包含本身個性、心態、想法及自我期許;而家庭背景層面包含家庭責任與家人期待;社會環境層面則包含刻板印象、社會期許。研究者依據研究結論提出相關建議,以供國中音樂科代理教師及後續研究參考。
The purpose of this research is to inquiry on the stress and adaptation in the career development of a junior substitute music teacher development. This includes examining career development, stress, adaptation strategies, and the causes of"stress and adaptation." We use semi-structured in-depth interviews, using an interview guideline created by researcher. The conclusions based on the interview are as followed: 1. The career development of substitute music teachers in junior high schools includes the vocational decision, the vocational preparation, and the vocational advance. According to the findings of this study, the subjects' vocational decision were influenced by past experiences, personal interests, and passion for the profession. The process of vocational preparation involved completing course requirements, passing certification exams, and teaching internships. And the vocational advance encompassed improving interpersonal relationships, adjusting communication methods, and enhancing personal professional skills.2.The stress of substitute music teachers ’s career development in junior high schools include work-related stress, the stress of teacher recruitment exams, and life stress.According to the findings of this study, work-related stress for the subjects included administrative tasks, teaching responsibilities, and communication challenges. The stress of teacher recruitment exams was related to the extensive scope of the exams, making them difficult to prepare for, as well as peer comparisons. Life stress involved family and financial burdens.3. The adaptation strategies for dealing with stress among substitute music teachers in junior high schools include strategies for managing work-related stress, the stress of teacher recruitment exams, and life stress.According to the findings of this study, adaptation strategies for work-related stress included adjusting work methods, communication approaches, and engaging in self-entertainment. Adaptation strategies for the stress of teacher recruitment exams involved adjusting one's mindset and self-encouragement. Adaptation strategies for life stress included seeking family support and sharing responsibilities. 4. The causes of "stress and adaptation" in the career development of substitute music teachers in junior high schools involve personal characteristics, family background, and social environment. According to the findings of this study, personal characteristics include personality, mindset, thoughts, and self-expectations. Family background includes family responsibilities and expectations from family members. The social environment involves stereotypes and societal expectations.The researchers offers relevant suggestions based on the study’s conclusions for the junior substitute music teacher and for future studies.
