dc.description.abstract | 本研究為探索員工壓力調適之內部行銷各構面的重要性以確認員工需求,適時修正紓壓管理活動,以提升員工工作效率,增加職場的團隊士氣及向心力。 本研究對象為曾參與職場壓力調適之健康促進相關活動員工為研究對象,共計140位,採問卷調查法,以描述性統計、重要性績效表現分析法 (IPA)、影響範圍-績效分析(IRPA)及非對稱影響分析法(IAA)分析等統計方法進行分析。 分析結果發現職場場員工壓力來源以工作壓力居多,建議職場可進行人力資源重新評估分配。構面「願景/期望」中「 V1 員工如因工作造成壓力時,公司能運用調查或評估等方式,適時了解與調整工作,以減少壓力。」及「V2公司能持續辦理多元壓力調適活動,確實提升員工壓力調適能力」在重要性績效表現分析法 (IPA)、影響範圍-執行現況分析 (IRPA)及非對稱影響分析法 (IAA)分析皆落在優先改善區內,建議職場應優先改善。 期望透過本研究了解職場內部壓力調適之健康促進相關活動是否符合員工需求並透過分析結果提升職場內部行銷之服務與管理品質。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to explore what employers need by investigating the importance of their stress management of internal marketing perspectives. Through adjusting the activities of stress relief, to increase the work performance, motivation and occupational centripetal force. There were 140 participants recruited in this study,while participated in health promotion activities regarding stress management. Questionnaire was administered to collect data Descriptive statistics, IPA, IRPA and IAA methods were used to analyze data. The findings indicated that the main stressors resulted from work, thus, employee assistance program should be developed to solve the problem. The study suggests employer might understand the stressor of employee and provide needed assistance. Moreover, the employee assistance program targeting on work stress is potential to increase the qualities of stress management among employee from the perspective of internal marketing. | en_US |
