Abstract

融合教育不是一廂情願,需要政經社會文化因素的媒合。本文從教育思潮在國內的發酵程度、融合教育的現況來檢討問題,繼而檢視普教與特教分流卻職司共同處的合作契機。進而提出普教與特教系統試著合流的策略與配套,以促進全體學生教育品質的提升並展現重視人權的社會正義。
Inclusive education isn't unilateral; it needs to be compatible with conditions found in contemporary politics, economy, society, and culture. In this article, the author criticized the problems of inclusive education from the perspectives ofa trend of educational thought. Then, the author checked the collaboration opportunities found in general education and special education, and suggested strategies and supplementary programs for combining the two systems. The author suggests this course of action in order to raisethe quality of education of all students and also to showing respect for human rights as part of social justice.
