某技術學院學生規律運動行為影響因素之研究

Abstract

本研究之主要目的為瞭解技術學院學生規律運動行為之現況,並進一步探討個人背景因素、社會心理因素與規律運動之間的關係。本研究以台北縣某技術學院四技的學生為母群體,採分層集束抽樣法抽出研究樣本,並利用自填式問卷進行施測,共獲得有效樣本數為376人,所得資料以百分比、單因子變異數分析、卡方檢定、點二系列相關、赫德林T2檢定、邏輯斯迴歸等統計方法進行分析,研究的重要結果如下: 一、 研究對象規律運動者佔全體學生10.6%,無規律運動者佔89.4%,研究對象主要運動項目為走路(48.4%)、爬樓梯(44.7%)、籃球(31.6%)。 二、 影響學生規律運動行為之個人背景因素為:男生、有參與運動社團、自覺健康狀況「好」者、有收看運動性電視節目其規律運動行為愈好。 三、 技術學院學生規律運動行為與運動自我效能、同儕運動社會支持、運動目標、運動計畫、運動享樂感呈現正相關,但和自覺運動障礙呈現負相關。 四、 經邏輯斯迴歸發現,運動社團參與、運動自我效能可有效預測技術學院學生之規律運動行為,其中尤以運動社團參與的影響最大。
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of the regular exercise of college students, and to explore its relationships with demographic characteristics and socio-psychological variable. The subjects of this survey were selected from the students of a four-year college located in Taipei County. By using a stratified cluster sampling method and self-administered questionnaires, 376 valid samples were collected. One-way ANOVA, Chi-square test, Point-biserial correlation, Hotelling T2 Test and Logistic Regression were used to analyze the collected data. The results of this research were summarized as follows: 1. 10.6% and 89.4% of the subjects exercise regularly and irregularly, respectively. The main types of exercise done by the subjects are Walking (48.4%), ladder-climbing (44.7%), and basketball (31.6%). 2. Better exercise behavior can be seen in male population, and in those who participate in sports clubs, who feel themselves “healthy”, and who watch exercise programs on TV. 3. Regular exercise is highly correlated with perceived self-efficacy for exercise, exercise social support from peer , self-regulation for exercise, enjoyment for exercise;while negatively correlated with perceived barriers for exercise. 4. Participation in sports clubs and perceived self-efficacy for exercise, are significant predictors of regular exercise behavior, and the former is a more important predictor than the latter.
