Abstract
本研究主要目的是在探討國民小學課後照顧教師組織支持與工作投入之間的關係。以104學年度第一學期桃園市國民小學課後照顧服務教師為研究對象。透過電子問卷調查、研究與統計分析,以供中央及地方政府教育機關、國民小學之學校教育人員與未來研究者及關心課後照顧議題的人士參考。
一、 桃園市國民小學課後照顧教師,整體組織支持的表現呈現中上的程度。
二、 桃園市國民小學課後照顧教師,整體工作投入的表現呈現中上的程度。
三、 組織支持的表現對工作投入的程度是具有影響力的。
四、 主管支持的表現程度越高,對於工作投入的程度就越高。
五、 同事支持的表現程度越高,對於工作投入的程度就越高。
The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the work engagement level and the organizational support for the after-school- care teacher. The study is based on the first semester 104 Taoyuan City elementary school after- school- care teacher services. Through electronic surveys, research and statistical analysis, the data will be the reference for central and local government educational institutions, the national primary school educators and researchers who are concerned with the future of those after-school- care issues. 1. Taoyuan City elementary school teacher after- school- care, the overall performance level of organizational support presents Upper Intermediate Level. 2. Taoyuan City elementary school teacher after- school- care, the overall work investment presents Upper Intermediate Level. 3. The organizational support effects the performance of work engagement. 4. The better support from the superiors will achieve the better quality of performance. 5. The better support from the colleagues will achieve the better quality of performance.
