Abstract

本研究旨在瞭解臺北縣國民小學教師對社區資源平台之需求,採用文獻分析及自編「臺北縣國民小學教師對社區資源平台之需求問卷」為研究工具,調查 臺北縣9大區、39校、390 位教師,經統計各變項層面之平均數、標準差及百分比,並採用因素分析、信度分析、描述統計、t 考驗、單因子多變項變異數分析與單變項變異數分析、薛費事後多重比較法、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法據以分析資料: 本研究所得到的主要結論如下: 一、臺北縣趣學網受到臺北縣國小教師使用者普遍的肯定。 二、臺北縣國民小學教師運用社區資源平台之需求,偏遠地區更明顯高於其他地區教師。 三、教師運用社區資源及網路平台具有顯著相關。 四、臺北縣國民小學教師因其性別、服務年資、學歷、職務及學校規模、班級人數、地區、任教年級、領域之不同對於運用社區資源的途徑、事物、場地需求有影響。 五、臺北縣國民小學教師因其性別、服務年資、學歷、職務及學校規模、班級人數、地區、任教年級、領域之不同對於運用社區資源的領域需求有影響。 六、臺北縣國民小學教師因其服務年資、職務及學校規模、班級人數、地區、領域之不同對於運用社區資源情形有影響,而社區資源平台能減緩目前教學運用上的劣勢。 七、臺北縣國民小學教師因其服務年資、教育程度及學校規模、班級人數之不同對於運用社區資源平台需求有影響。 八、臺北縣國民小學教師對於運用臺北縣趣學網之認知與運用後之滿意呈現正相關。 本研究的建議如下: 一、對教育主管機關的建議 (一)強化臺北縣趣學網行銷策略,推展資源多元共享之理念與教學運用。 (二)積極增修平台課程教材內容,符應師生學習需求提升資源運用成效。 (三)照顧偏遠地區深化特色學校,建立臺北縣偏遠學校生存及發展重心。 (四)規劃配套學習的優惠行程誘發學校教師安排實踐體驗課程 (五)強化平台服務並加入RSS及mail功能以提升使用者運用 (六)平台資源搜尋可採用議題式及教學領域知識管理檢索符應使用者需求 二、對學校單位的建議 (一)協助支援教師進行社區資源教學,降低實施層面困境與安全壓力隱憂。 (二)提升校園硬體設備並規劃善用資源分配,活絡平台運用提昇教學效能。 (三)溝通學區家長教學專業信賴認知,鼓勵親師合作對話以增進體驗學習。 (四)建立學校領域教師專業社群,促成各領域間專業分享與精進成長對話。 三、對教師的建議 (一)善用社區資源平台,豐富教學素材及內容,提升學生學習興趣與效能。 (二)整合領域學習指標,善用資源體驗及學習,深化教學與學生學習成效。 (三)運用科技媒體設備,活絡教學方法及環境,改善學生學習的互動關係。
This study aimed at understanding the Taipei County elementary school teachers to meet the needs of community resources platform, adopted at the Document Analysis of the self and "Taipei County elementary school teachers to meet the needs of community resources questionnaire platform" for research tools, survey Taipei County's nine districts, 39 schools, 390 teachers, the statistics of the variable level of the average, standard deviation and percentile ratio, and use factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, multivariate analysis of variance and single-variable analysis of variance, Xue fees multiple comparative law afterwards, Pearson's correlation, etc. According to the statistical methods Analysis of data: In this study are the main conclusions are as follows: 1, Taipei County Fun learning network by the Taipei County elementary school teachers users generally positive. 2, Taipei County elementary school teachers in the use of community resources platform of the demand, more remote areas was higher than that of other regional teachers. 3, Teachers use of community resources and network platform with significant correlation. 4, Taipei County elementary school teachers because of their sex, length of service, qualifications, duties and school size, class size, region, to teach grade, different areas of the use of community resources, things, affect demand for venues. 5, Taipei County elementary school teachers because of their sex, length of service, qualifications, duties and school size, class size, region, to teach grade, different areas of the use of community resources for the needs of affected areas. 6, Taipei County elementary school teachers because of their length of service, job and school size, class size, region, the area of the use of community resources for different situations influential platform and community resources to mitigate the current teaching on the use of inferior. 7, Taipei County elementary school teachers because of their length of service, education level and school size, class size of the use of community resources for the different needs of influential platform. 8, The national primary school teachers in Taipei County, Taipei County Fun for the use of the knowledge and application of net after satisfaction showed a positive correlation.
